Our family loves dogs. We have two large Great Danes that are inside dogs. It never dawned on me to take them to Nike in Woodburn to just run around wild.
I had a return went well... found three new items, went to check out and a large dog was running around free. I told the dog to get away as it kept pushing two kids whose parents were trying to shield them from the dog, but the dog continued to be aggressively smelling pushing its way into everyone. I raised voice several times as it kept running towards us and no Nike employee was doing anything, and I couldn't tell who the owner was. The owner finally called dog over, but that really didn't help as it just continued roaming everywhere. The 10 or so employees just stood there. When I got up the to the very friendly clerk, I asked "don't you all have a manager here to handle situations like this?" She turned and said, "they are all standing back there." I looked at them and asked about the free running dog. The manager said, "we are a pet friendly company." I said, "sure, until someone gets bit by an unleashed large dog running around your store." The managers all kind of smiled and laughed. It made me think you are pet friendly, but not customer friendly.
I really felt bad for the family shielding their kids and the employee that all the managers...
Read moreSo here is what I experienced just today. I had to asked the sales associate if they have size 7 airmax women shoe because my size is 7 and they don't have available at the display. This guy answer me hold on a second because he had customer to help with before me. And so I was patiently waiting. He never asked me again after he was done so I had to approach him again and repeat my question. He seems not willing to help but he tried. He contacted his co worker over his phone or whatever it's called asked if he can go to check if there was size 7. And that's it he left without saying anything to me . All I thought he was going to get something for me but he never came back and I waited like a fool. It pisses me off what a rude employee. Too bad I did not get his name. I wish he will be fired of any reason that so rude of him left his customer hanging around without knowing he's not coming back. I bought that shoes the size 7.5 by the way with the help of another kind sales person I got out of the store 3 items with me. And oh I am Nike employee so I got 30% discount. I have no problem with the store my complain is the sales person . Overall I will give 3 star due to a...
Read moreUnbelievable… service and policies, I had a pair a brand new shoes, bought by a god mother for my son, and when the shoes were bought they were too big and now they are too small. The Nike store did not want to exchange them for same some shoe just 1 size bigger!!!! And pay a difference a $20 dollars. I think the policy sucks.. Costco members buy things and get returns even after a year .. but Nike did not want to do it.
This is horrible policy and hurts not only my son but people that cannot afford to buy another shoe.
I a never going to buy another Nike item ever again… 60 day policy is not fair .. they should exchange the shoe especially is new and with receipt. Most stores go up to 90 days.
This is just the big corporation that tip off middle class , who can barely afford to buy they sh How’s… do Nike is happy to take your money but you return or exchange they don’t want to do it. Shame on you NIKe Corporation and who ever develop these policies!!!! I am going to tell all my families and friends not to shop at Nike anymore… you guys are horrible.. and do not care about people and kids with disabilities!!!...
