Hey Store Managers READ THIS! Bad customer service. Rude and uncaring. Cashier told sister that she didn’t really care to hear her concerns on the customer service and lack of appropriate signage to explain sale details. Things like you had to get 3 things from the $5 rack since they were out of gift bags. Then if you bought multiple things that needed 3 items from $5 rack, you could not purchase more than 5 of one item and each set of 3 had to be set of different things. Honestly, I want to contact their corp customer service but nothing listed on the receipt; so here I am. Perhaps if the folks at the cash register spent more time paying attention to customers (waking the sales floor and asking folks if they had questions or needed help picking out items - like normal sales stuff) instead of chit-chatting about how much they “f-ing love” the Netflix show, Bridgerton (yes this was repeatedly said during my visit) or how there was a place one could go to dress up like in that show, my family would not have been frustrated with our shopping experience. Annoying part is that instead of trying to listen and show compassion to my family and improve a poor experience the cashier chose to talk down to and give attitude to my sister who was trying to figure out what needed to be purchased to get the specials that were advertised. Lesson Learned: in this store, make sure you go to the sales reps and ask them to explain their misleading/poorly advertised specials. Otherwise they will hang at then cash register just talking amongst themselves - neglecting customers. Feedback to store manager: don’t have other sales reps sort through 2 boxes of inventory at cash register. My sister expressed concern her items would get mixed up with new inventory. Try that back room or a rolling cart. Something besides the small counter where your 2 registers sit. This was a concern your cashier rudely dismissed when my...
Read moreI never left any negative reviews. But this is the worst shopping experience ever! Picked up 4 items with total over $400 and went to the cashier. The lady told me there will be 2 * small 1ml cream samples for $125 purchase. I was pretty happy to hear that and told her that’s great because I am on my trip and forgot to bring any face cream. I nicely asked can I purchase 2 items and have my husband coming to buy another 2 items for me as gifts so I can get another 2 small cream samples to last for my trip. Suddenly, the girl on the left with weird eyebrows jumped in and said, no, only 2 samples per person. I said, sure, understand that, but my husband is another person. Then this girl with funny eyebrows changed her words and said, no, only 2 samples per family. I was like, well, you don’t even know what my husband looks like. He is in the parking lot right now. The girl responded quickly in a mean tone, but now we know. Whoever comes in for these items is your husband. And we won’t give him anything! Excuse me? Can you please show me your policy with 2 samples per family? Never heard any policy applied to the entire family. What a liar! Why do you have to lie about your policy to stop customers purchasing from your store? We are buying 4 items for more than $400 and only asking for 4 small cream samples with only 1ml each. You didn’t need to be this mean and arrogant to your customers, right? This is not helping your customers and revenues. Your manager should see this review and do proper employee training on customer service. I was there around...
Read moreCustomer service was inconsistent: on one trip the sales people were nice but failed to tell me all the info I needed. Such as, I couldn't return or exchange any of the items I purchased. The receipt stated that you could, except for the "final sales," I should've been told that the sales were final. The next visit, the cashier overcharged me for the same things I bought a few days before and the same deals are going on. It seems they were trying to make a few dollars through dishonesty. Sales people were unfriendly to me and to other customers whose first language was...
