I have been coming to this store for years now since they opened. Super lucky to have The North Face outlet 30 minutes away. I have found great deals over the years, staff is very friendly and almost everyone is bilingual. The keyword is that this is an “outlet” and stock varies a lot. So the more you visit the better the chances are you will find great deals. Also they get shipments all the time, so you might go in one morning and they are sold out but a few hours later restocke. My biggest complaint is the rude customers I have witnessed at this location. Have some class. Read moreWalked in on a Thursday noontime for a birthday gift. Was greeted warmed by an associate when walking right in. Looked around and found most of their merchandise 50% off! Face masks is still reinforced here. The associates here are kind about it. I tried on several jackets and checked myself out by using their available mirrors around the store. I could definitely feel the quality in every jacket I put on and we’re surprised by their deals for the month of November. The lady who checked us out was quite friendly and warm with us. It helped that she was bilingual so we could communicate better with her. Will highly recommend buying these rainproof and wind resistant jackets for this winter season. The cashier that I was served by was Breigh and by far the worst transaction ever in my life. Northface, if you're going to hire some cashiers make sure they are not racists or rude or train well enough to be up front.
