Woodburn Premium Outlets is a popular shopping destination for my wife and me, thanks to its wide range of stores and brands. We often find ourselves visiting this mall to take advantage of the great deals and our favorite outlets.
The mall hosts a variety of our favorite stores, including: Nike Polo Ralph Lauren The Cosmetics Company Store Disney Pendleton
These stores offer a diverse selection of products, from clothing and shoes to cosmetics and unique Disney merchandise, making it easy for us to find exactly what we need.
Joining the free VIP Club has been beneficial, as it provides additional discounts at many of our favorite outlets. This membership enhances our shopping experience, allowing us to save even more on already discounted items.
One area where Woodburn Premium Outlets could improve is its dining options. While the mall does have some classic choices like Auntie Anne's Pretzels and Cinnabon, the overall selection is limited and not particularly exciting. More diverse and interesting food choices would greatly enhance the experience, especially during long shopping trips.
The mall features a pretty nice arcade, which is a great way to break up the shopping routine. Our kids really enjoy spending time there, making it a convenient option for families. The arcade provides a fun distraction and keeps the kids entertained, allowing us to shop a bit longer.
Overall, Woodburn Premium Outlets is a fantastic place for shopping, especially if you're looking for deals at popular outlets. The additional discounts through the VIP Club are a great perk. However, the limited food options are a downside, but the presence of a fun arcade helps make up for it, especially...
ย ย ย Read moreWhile good deals are available at these outlet stores beware when you shop at Michael Kors. I have always looked at negative reviews as being one-offs but my experience may affect you also if you need to return an item.
I purchased a handbag a couple of weeks ago and tried to return it yesterday with the receipt which is industry standard. Apparently however, in tiny print on the receipt it indicates that the original tag is also needed. To make matters worse there was not a tag on the handbag when I purchased it which the sales associate was to indicate on the receipt; he did not.
The sales associate, Marie, at the time I attempted to return the bag could not, or would not, explain the policy when I asked her. Neither could Jackie, the manager.
Marie also examined the interior of the bag which had a small black dot that she said indicated that I had used the bag. I had not. Why would I use something I did not like? Because I had removed the stuffing in the bag this was further โproofโ to Marie that I had used the bag. Again, I had not.
But what was most disturbing to me was the way I was made to feel like a criminal. I am a 74 year old woman, financially secure, well dressed and polite but firm.
My advice to you is that if you purchase something at Michael Kors ask what the return policy is and ask that it be documented. Try to find out why the tag is also needed. Save the tag. Ask the sales associate to examine the interior of the bag and document any imperfections; save this documentation also. And good luck dealing with...
ย ย ย Read moreThis place has more than one hundred brands but we felt that most brands put out their least popular items here for sale on a busy Labor Day weekends, at least the couple dozens where we visited. The Nike store was one of the worst, crowded, items not neatly displayed, the store layout made us feel like shopping in a noisy, congested and dirty outdoor bazaar in Asia. North Face only has a few styles of down jackets for men to choose from, honestly quite ugly ones. Famous Foot Ware shore is like a second hand store with outdated models from some brands. Crocs gave you awkwardly printed and cut store coupons to make them look like deals when the reality is that you could buy the same sandals online at half the price, cheater!!! The only store we found something worth the hard earned cash was Lululemon, which even kept the same quality of service during a busy weekend like this! Thatโs why they earned one star for the whole place. If you saw my review before you decide to go tomorrow, think twice. By the way, to get there took us extra time to get off the ramp, then parking was quite a challenge. If you do not believe me and still want to risk a the danger of getting some gray hair out of your tomorrowโs visit, I have only one tip for you to park at the back of the complex where there are more open spaces and walk in from the back alleys or restroom area. Good luck but donโt waste your money...
