Had to go back twice for my glasses to get fitted because they hurt my ears. The guy Jason, who was supposed to help me made my glasses crooked and didn’t do anything about it. I went back to have them readjust them, unfortunately for me I got Jason again! he said my lenses were popping out of place and didn’t help fix them. Even though he was the one messing with my glasses. so now I still have crooked glasses with fingerprints all over them. And my pretty sure my brand new glasses that I just bought are crooked. Will not be coming back to this location. will only be going to the mall of America location. Way better staff. Never had issues...
Read moreI thought it would be great to be able to go to an in person store, and the people there were pleasant enough but they completely mishandled my information and they mixed up my order that had both myself and my daughter on it. The company itself did a poor job and make their difficulties my problem and so will never be using Warby Parker again. be warned that if you put more than one person's order on an account, that they completely screw it up and then they weren't able to put in the pupillary distances that they themselves made in the store and wanted to make an appointment that I'd then have to pay for to get it again....

Upon arriving I was greeted and given a brief run down of how their selections were organized, and from there I was left to browse on my own (which I prefer).
