This store is very understaffed. My father and I went here originally about a week ago to shop for formal attire for a wedding. We had questions regarding some of the options that we found, but there wasn't anybody on the floor to ask.
We ended up having to return some of the items, and as I waited in line, the girl behind the counter was asking when she could have a break, and was being told by her supervisor that they don't have anyone to replace her position for the time being, and that they don't know when she will get a break realistically. With only one cashier at the front, the line took a while. After everything was finished, the cashier was in a bit of a hurry to send me off and get to the next customer, which, I understand given the circumstances.
However, because of the rushing, I was never given an expectancy time frame for the refund. I gave it 4 days before calling my bank to see if the transaction was pending on their end. They told me that it wasn't showing at all on their end, so I called the Kohl's customer service line. I was then informed that the AVERAGE refund period is 7 days for this company. One would think that this would be important information to communicate to customers, especially with larger purchases. I would hate for this to happen to somebody who was planning around their refund reflecting in their account in just a few days, seeing as how the website claims that return processing on Kohl's' end happens often within the same business day.

Read moreI always believe in giving second chances, but after my last trip to your sephora store, I’ll be going elsewhere. I don’t know if you have new management and girls, but in the past it was always fun shopping at this sephora. All the girls were knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming and made me want to come back. My last few trips here, Rachel I believe her name is (she’s tall with blonde locks mixed in her hair and is a manager from what I was told) has “helped” me and it was very unpleasant to say the least. She did an awful job of color matching me and seemed to not even care that my shade was off (I came back in and got matched by another girl who did a fabulous job and I was actually recommended by a friend to see her) She has also had an attitude every time I’ve come in, and I noticed while I was shopping around, that she stands by the register and chooses who she wants to help. The last straw for me was when she was “helping” me, midway through me talking to her, she cut me off and had another worker finish helping me because it was time for her to clock out for the day. I figured I’d give her one more chance because maybe she was having a bad day. But nope, that’s just her horrid attitude. I understand if you have things to do outside of work but why work somewhere if you don’t want to do your job and act miserable. I called in to have a product held they told me it would be at the service desk.when I enter Ed the store I had a hard time finding the service desk because it was tucked away off to the side at the back of the store. I stopped a rep and asked her to point me in the direction of the service desk and she responded by pointing to the signs in the air and "saying just follow the signs". I thought this was very rude clearly I didn't find the signs to be helpful and I can't find the service desk because it tucked away off to the side near the back of the freaking store. I got to the service desk gave the rep. my name and the watch was not at the desk. She called another rep and had them to being the watch down. The watch was a different price from that which was advertised at another location which was out of sell. When I brought this up to the sales rep she proceed Ed to argue with me. I then asked to speak to the manager he came over and the rep proceeds to tell him "she's not understanding that this is not on sale". I interjected and explained that I was just at another location and they had a different price.
