Pikasso Kutz — Attraction in Woodlawn

Me and brother have been trying to find the right barber since we moved back to MD. Thought to check out this place since it’s in my old neighborhood. I called and made a 5 pm appointment for him and my son. When we got there and asked for D because that’s who we spoke with who then pointed out to another man instead of saying I’m D. So we start waiting for the other guy 20 mins go by and says I have another person in-front of you so I said I made an appointment with you. He says that wasn’t me. Meanwhile I’m so confused like who the hell is D. I asked the guy and he points to the original guy that directed us to him. He said yeah I answered the phone and figured when you come whoever is free will take you. So unprofessional!!!!! He expected me to sit there and wait an hour for him to finish someone that walked in after us. Horrible!!! They just lost long term customers! I will for sure speak of this experience with people I know...

Matthew Hubbard did not do a good job cutting my little brothers hair. Although his service was very friendly, he left a small patch in the back of both of my little brothers hair. He also cut a part of my little brothers eyebrow & his eye lash. The problem that I have is that he didn’t inform us that he actually cut my little brothers eye brow, but instead my little brother came home & told us and he said that it hurt. Whenever you make a mistake on a child’s head it’s up to the ADULT BARBER to inform the parent/guardian that he made a mistake cutting hair. He didn’t offer to give us a discount on their hair forth going or even a portion of our money back. They will not be coming back again.

I have been sending both my boys to this barbershop for some time this time they ended up with bumps from dirty clippers and one of their cuts was extremely patchy. Initially I spoke with the barber who agreed to fix the issue and refund me my money. When it was time for us to return he wiped them down with some solution, did not correct the cut and now wants me to return next time to let him cut my kids for something off instead of giving me my money back as we discussed and he offered. It’s disrespectful and unsanitary, and bad business. Majority of the time I tip him extra so to be handled this way is crazy. I will take my business...
