Wings Things & Pizza *NEW MANAGEMENT* — Restaurant in Maryland

If there was a 0 star button, I would give it 0 stars. I am only giving this place a 1 star. On Wednesday, September 13th, 2023 my family and I decided to order from here. We got a menu for it in the mail, so we decided to try it. We got 2 medium extra cheese pizzas, onion rings, gravy fries, regular fries, and teriyaki wings. We ordered around 5:45 p.m. and around 6:30 p.m., we were wondering where our food was. The computer said that the delivery would be between 6:15 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. So, we were wondering and I went on the computer to see if we could track our order. I downloaded the the Slice app and it said that our food was delivered at 6:25 p.m. I didn't look at the app until 6:40 p.m. So, I go out to the porch and guess what I saw? Our food was there! The delivery person did not knock on the door, did not ring the doorbell, and did not acknowledge that they were here. So our food got ice cold. One of the pizzas was not cooked all the way through. The other pizza was burnt and dark. For an extra cheese pizza, there was not enough cheese. The onion rings were dry and cold. For the gravy fries, the gravy was baked into the fries. There was not enough gravy. The whole thing tasted like mush. The regular fries were good. The only saving grace of the whole order was the teriyaki wings. My Father and my Grandmother said that they were really good and very tasty! All in all, when I found out that the food had been sitting outside for 15 minutes, I was done. I cannot believe that the delivery person did not even knock on the door. I think that is ridiculous and our food suffered because of that. Now, the food might have already been messed up, but being out in the cold made it even worse. So I think it was the people that cooked it and it was definitely the delivery person. I will not be trying this place again because of all the mistakes...

Worst service EVER! I used to be a faithful regular patron, but after tonight I will never order from this place again! They must have hired new staff or gotten new owners because I was never treated this poorly before. The driver refused to bring the food to my door telling me I had to come out and get it in the parking lot. Then he dropped the ranch dressing from my sauce dripping bag and it splattered everywhere including my pants. Next he told me to remove 3 ice cold cans of soda (by the way I ordered and paid for 4) and I had to carry them in my armpits while juggling the drippy bag up to my 3rd floor apartment. When I called to complain, I was cut short by a rude man who had no time to listen and was told I would have to wait an additional 30-40mins for the soda he forgot to bring! Needless to say they just lost a good customer who always tipped well, but I guess they don't care about...

NEVER AGAIN! Called around 5:30pm and placed an order. We’re inside the mall just across the street from this place. We provided the name of the store which they asked for as well as our phone number. About an hour and fifteen minutes later, still no food. Called the store to have the person tell us that the driver called our phone and no one answered so he left. That was impossible because we gave the store number and the phone never rang. Turns out they had the wrong number! How is that our fault?! Why even ask for the name of the store when their driver had no intention of coming inside the mall? Absolutely rude and horrendous service. We order from this place often but after today it’s never going to happen again. There are too many other establishments in the area to waste time with...
