Let's go to the negative points, I ordered a 14 inches pizza chicken buffalo, and for my surprise it was really really spicy š„š„µš„µ me and My wife couldn't eat it. We called the attendant and she told us that buffalo is spicy, but in the menu doesn't has any kind of information about it. Cheese and chicken was delicious but the spicy make the pizza inedible. She didn't change or make any mention to do it. So I ordered another pizza that I asked for her if there wasn't any kind of spicy on it. We ordered barbecue chicken pizza. She told me that it wasn't, it's sweet she told us.. Ok For my surprise IT WAS.... LEDO WHY DON'T YOU MAKE A PIZZA WITH NO SPICY AT ALL...OR WRITE IN THE MENU SPICY SIMPLE LIKE THAT. ? Bad bad point. There used to be a guy there who really understood what customer service meantāheād occasionally let me slide if I was a few cents short or throw in a blue cheese for free, knowing I was a regular and he'd make it back in the long run.
Unfortunately, that level of service seems to be missing now. The current staff, especially the guy with the orange hair, just doesnāt seem to get it. There's a noticeable language barrier, and at times it feels like they donāt fully understand the menu or what they're selling. They move a bit slow too, which I hope isnāt due to a lack of training.

The order was confirmed online and charged to her card, but when she arrived they had no record of it. She was forced to wait nearly an hour while they made a single medium pizza, and attempted to purchase two sodas before being told the credit card machine was down. Despite the fact that she had attempted to legitimately purchase the sodas, the employee flatly refused to give them to her for the inconvenience.
