Man o Salwa — Restaurant in Maryland

I had a very disappointing experience at man o sales to the poor customer service from the owner habib ur rahman I was placing order but the way I was treated left me shocked.

The owner was dismissive and rude when I placing orders been told we can’t take care your order because we are busy Instead of listening or addressing the issue, they were defensive making me feel unwelcome and embarrassed. As a paying customer, I expected a basic level of respect and professionalism, especially from the person in charge of the establishment.

The lack of accountability and courtesy from the owner is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the restaurant. A sincere apology or a willingness to resolve the issue would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, this experience has left me reluctant to return, and I hope the owner reconsiders how they interact with their customers in the future....

Responding to the owner, I will review this restaurant again and make new reviews and look at the portions and Spiciness of the food. As far as the food, it tastes good and just a bit too spicy for my taste. There should be a choice for individuals to choose the "Spiciness" of the food they are ordering. Different people has a "Spice" tolerance that the chef have, nor the spicy tolerance that is normal for the native cuisine. I'm sure your other customers world like the ability to SPECIFY the Spiciness of the food they order. Sometimes being too spicy has medical consequences just like allergens do to different people. I m inviting my friends for dinner when we reach there my friends going to wash hands by mistake one friend going to wash hands in ladies bathroom but he didn’t enter but one man sitting close to restaurant entrance he start yelling and threatening us we apologize and said can you calm down but still he insulting us that time they don’t have any customer but he is hyper and frustrated I first see in my life how they treat customer we thinking for call police for him because he crossed limits my friend stop me and said next time we are not coming in this restaurant I leave my experience for local community awareness be careful if you’re going this restaurant late night any thing possible if that person...
