I was about to leave four stars to this store because the clothes are really good (expensive but good quality), BUT unfortunately the owners are NOT child friendly and the client attention is very poor, I was with my toddler waiting for my husband who was buying shorts and tshirts when someone literally in front of me almost touch my child because she was hiding behind a dress, my toddler wasnât moving and I was in front of her! This lady (I learned later she is the owner of the store) came and didnât talk to me, she went directly to get my childâs arm when I stopped her and just left the store because was really rude, and when I was leaving she was just talking to another person in the store laughing about the situation, itâs the first time someone tries to touch my daughter in front of me and then laugh about it, I feel disappointed that owners of such a good quality store are so careless to touch other people childâs!! Conclusion: good quality clothes, poor quality attention and owners humanity!!
UPDATE: They are blaming my child behavior instead of assuming what the owner did and telling me that I have to raise better my toddler, ok, I just said what happened and if you have kids donât go to this store, itâs not only very poor the attention, is worst the response you will have from them! Itâs easier to blame a 2 years old toddler! Iâm not going to say more, their answer talk itself! I WAS WITH MY DAUGHTER ALL THE TIME AND NOBODY CAME TO ME AND SAID ANYTHING, THE OWNER JUST CAME TO TAKE MY TODDLERâS ARM! think about touching other peopleâs child for a minute! And thatâs it! This is the experience I had, I hope is useful for...
Read moreIve shopped at Redix since 1999. Spent thousands on clothing in that time. Today I tried returning a shirt that was the wrong size and they said it was âstainedâ. No other options so I took it back and left. Done. Ill shop online and wont be back. Very disappointed.
Redix.- this is an udpate. Vineyard Vines made it right. All I did was try the shirt on. The stain could have come from the 1000 people that touch your shirts daily in your store. If you dont want this to happen, keep them in the Vineyard Vines Packaging. You sell Vineyard Vines at full price. So in response to being a very good Vineyard Vines customer, they made the situation better. I won't be coming back your manager was extremely rude. The mark came off in the wash, the shirt was then paid for by me to be tailored. You could have offered something considering the situation it was a $115.00 shirt. I live in Surf City and I Drove all the way to return it. Your return policy states to bring anything back FOR ANY REASON. I wont come back - I will buy directly from Vineyard vines for 50%-70% cheaper. I dont think you should continue to carry the brand. They were not happy with...
Read moreWent to the Redix in Wilmington on July 16th, a Saturday afternoon to purchase a sun shade for the family. Visiting Kure Beach for the week. Online advertised times for closing were 6:00 for the day. Drove 50+ minutes out of the way to go there, arrived at 5:45 with plenty enough time to purchase the one item. Doors were locked and most lights were off, but staff members were visible walking around the store. When I lightly knocked on the outer door, they ran into the office (still in sight), and immediately turned the lights off. Needless to say, we purchased the shade from a different vendor. I highly recommend True Value Hardware at Carolina Beach. Service there is far more professional and you can actually make a purchase during posted...
