I recently had the pleasure of dining at RH with my wife and 10-month-old son, and I must say, Troy our server made it an exceptional experience! Troy's attentiveness and quick response to our needs were truly commendable. From the moment we were seated, he made sure our entire family felt welcome and comfortable.
Troy's professionalism and politeness were evident throughout the entire meal. He went above and beyond to ensure that our son had everything he needed, from providing a highchair to helping us with any special requests for his meal. Troy's ability to balance attending to all of our needs while still giving each of us individual attention was impressive.
What truly stood out for us was Troy's genuine warmth and friendliness. He took the time to engage with our son, making him smile and laugh. His interactions with our family created a welcoming atmosphere that made our dining experience truly enjoyable.
Despite a busy restaurant, Troy never made us feel rushed and patiently answered any questions we had. His exceptional service made us feel valued as customers.

Read moreMy friend made a reservation for 3/18, 2 weeks in advance for my birthday. When we arrived 15 minutes early we were told to have drink at the wine vault until a table is available. We were told they would text us when the table was ready. We were also told our drink tab could be moved over to the restaurant when the table was ready. 30 minutes after the reservation time, still no text about our table. We asked to have the ticket moved to the restaurant but we’re told they do not do that. After paying the tab and returning to the restaurant we had to wait for a party of 6 to be sat. When asked about our reservation or a text about seating the same female greeter shrugged it off and said sometimes the system doesn’t work. I asked if she actually sent the notification however she would not answer. She then offered to sit us at a table oddly placed in the middle of the room to the right. I declined. I declined because the table for 6 that she gave away in front of us was a better seating option. The middle table was an after thought. Read moreWanted to bring my daughter and 7 others for dinner on her 21 st birthday. We called for a reservation in advance and they told us we could only do two tables of four. We asked if they could be near each other and they said they would try. On the evening of the dinner, we arrived early to see if they could seat us together. The young man at the front seemed displeased that I even asked. He seated four of us on one side of the restaurant and four on the other side. I pointed out that there was a table near us, and he was upset that I asked about it. His manager came over and she helped us get the table, but by then, the happy mood we were in for the evening was ruined. Our waiter was great, but the four 21 year olds we were with had a waiter that did not care that it was a birthday, and seemed unhappy to have to serve four happy 21 year old young women.
