Maison Fleurie, A Four Sisters Inn — Hotel in Yountville

We planned a 2 day stay arrived and at 8 pm or so when we returned from dinner to settle in we discovered our room was not ADA. We called three separate times to insure an ADA room. On the night none available. We researched the property they said they had an ADA room however I’m not sure how they can say so since there isn’t an ADA accessible bathroom in the lobby nor are there any ramps. You must climb stairs to get to the so called ADA room on the first floor. I discussed the situation that night with the manager Krissy who said she would refund our stay. When we went to check out she said only had we left at 9:30 pm on the night of the call. I wouldn’t have stayed had that been the case. Yountville during crush fills up quickly our chance of finding a room that night slim to none. I have since emailed Krissy the manager, no response. Overall a horrible, humiliating, and dangerous stay. I won’t get into what happened to me trying to use the toilet in our room. ZERO and I mean ZERO customer service. I will never again stay here or any other Four Sister Properties. For anyone who wants a decent hotel there is one right across the street it is fabulous and they actually have both an ADA bathroom, no stairs and ADA accessible rooms that really qualify. It’s called Hotel Bardessono please take your business there. Not sure how Maison Fluerie passes ADA inspection, but to advertise as compliant with ADA is a flat out lie. If you use a wheelchair or a walker the only ADA compliant thing they have is a parking spot. I recommend...

We loved our weekend getaway at Maison Fleurie country inn!!! Top reason is location. Just a hop, skip, and jump away from I supposed it’s the Yountville downtown? Bouchon, Bouchon Bakery, V Marketplace, French Laundry, all around here. A short walk to some tennis and pickleball courts. Lots to do.

The inn itself is quaint. It has a hot tub and pool. You can borrow bicycles. They greet you with complimentary sparkling wine and cookies upon arrival. In the late afternoon there’s a wine and cheese appetizer layout. A couple seating rooms, a balcony with gas fire pit. Just an incredible place to relax. Very close to wineries, tasting, and day spas.

The room was nice. We had #7 which is top floor facing Yount St. spacious and nice bathroom. Seating by the window to day dream or read. There was one issue that bugged me a bit… the floor was very creaky. I was so worried of bothering the people below all the time. I gore is to find solid spots to step around, walked gently in my toes, etc, but the creaking persisted.

The breakfast was what I’d call continental plus. Waffles, bagels, pastries, yogurt, fruits, and nuts. Plus a cheese and veggie quiche type of dish. Dining area elegantly laid out and delicious food. Nice people stay here too, and we found conversations with a couple couples.

You really want to appreciate a hotel that is located in Yountville because its located minutes to downtown Napa, Rutherford, Silverado wineries, and seconds to the Napa Valley museum, the French Laundry, Bouchon and everything Napa Valley has to offer. Tye staff, Chrissy, Carlos, lupe and the chef are all so gentile and always smiling, accommodating and laid back. The saltwater pool is amazing. There's a jacuzzi people live to hang out in, wine and charcuterie ( salami, pickles, many cheeses, bread, Crackers, fruit, olives, nuts and more) 4:30-6:00. ||**Wine could be better. Surprised you served a 3.4 cheap wine. You could do better for the same price you pay. Work out a deal with some wineries or get it from grocery outlet for goodness sake. ||The breakfast is a homemade gourmet egg dish and hot side which changes daily, plus fresh fruit, bagels, sourdough English muffins, yougurt, oats, granola, waffles and more. Its delish. ||Room 8 is awesome, and although room 12 is a bit noisy and the bed very firm it has an amazing jacuzzi tub and its right off the pool. ||There is also a deck with heaters and lots of seating with one of the best views in yountville. ||Get better wine and its a five star review for me.
