Sperbeck's Nursery and Landscape Center — Attraction in Yuba City

They deserve a medal for this. Not only do they have beautiful, healthy flowers but they are honest and beyond helpful, in the best of ways. For when I left I accidentally left my walker. I was having a very time by now and needed my wheelchair and the sweet girt went to the car and brought the wheelchair back to me but later loaded it back into the car for my 84 yr old mom, helped me into the car and then loaded all the flowers we bought! Not just the usual stuff!!!

But when I left I accidentally left my walker in the flower area and they somehow tracked me down. I received a call via a Dr’s office, “did I loose my walker?” Thank you so much for your beautiful plants and flowers but your dedication to your customers to go to over and beyond to I get me my walker back. The kind of people I want to do...

We showed up at 4:38 and the guy was standing by the gate doing something and as soon as we parked he closed the gate, latched it, and put up the closed sign. Their business doesn't close until 5 so why was he closing so early especially when he saw us parking to go to the business? Not very professional and not very people oriented or friendly.... This business just lost business from our family needing to redo our backyard because of this incident. Not professional nor polite to be rude in this way to potential customers especially when your business hours state open till 5.... And customers show up 25+ minutes before closing.... For you to close the gate and put up your closed sign after seeing people show up and park in your business...

I am new in Yuba City so I was looking for Crushed Cedar their cedar looked good so When I went to pay for 1 yard of bulk cedar I found out that they had changed owner ship and were trying to get things going. Very friendly but not Quite organized 2nd time I went to get a load there was nobody available to load my truck had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up who could do it they were a little rude about it 3rd time same thing no body available waited 20 minutes when I went back for a 2nd load the guy got Irritated Said we could have come back the next day after we had already paid for the product very rude next time I'm not keeping my mouth shut he is...
