Karavan Saray Dzhurabek — Attraction in Bukhara City

An absolutely stunning art gallery with a fascinating interior. It has several rooms, each showcasing a variety of artworks. Even if you’re not very familiar with art, you’ll still find it entertaining.

On the upper floor, there’s a café-restaurant with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. They also host masterclasses in miniature painting and other styles, which you can experience.

Luogo storico ma soprattutto sede della scuola di belle arti Ustoz Shogird, voluta dal maestro miniaturista Davlat Toshev. Assolutamente da visitare per apprezzare l'encomiabile lavoro didattico del maestro oltre alle sue eccezionali doti artistiche. Lo ringraziamo ancora per averci mostrato la tecnica di lavorazione degli sfondi sulla carta per le miniature oltre che ai bellissimi lavori suoi e dei suoi allievi: non ci perdoneremo mai di non essere tornati per acquistare un'opera come ci eravamo ripromessi. Visiteremo di nuovo Bukhara se Dio vorrà e tornare qui sarà...
