🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Compliment Review for Starbucks Beach House Sun Primavera – Phú Quốc, Vietnam
Yesterday, I had one of the most heartwarming experiences with the team at this Starbucks outlet. I accidentally left my bag, which contained several valuable items including passports for myself and four of my family members, as well as a significant amount of cash, on the dining table for nearly three hours without realizing it.
What truly amazed me was the honesty, integrity and professionalism of the staff at Starbucks Beach House Sun Primavera, Phú Quốc. They not only safeguarded my bag responsibly until almost closing time (around midnight), but when my family and I came back searching in distress, they immediately waved and called out to us, already suspecting that we were the owners of the missing bag.
Even more touching, the staff had also made efforts to report the lost bag to the relevant authorities as a precaution. Their display of trustworthiness, care and integrity is something incredibly rare to find anywhere in the world—especially in popular tourist destinations.
I would like to extend my deepest gratitude and heartfelt congratulations to the entire team at this branch for their outstanding conduct. I sincerely hope that Starbucks Headquarters recognizes and rewards the night shift team on 22 August 2025 for their remarkable service.
This experience not only saved me and my family from a potential huge loss but also strengthened my trust in Starbucks—not just as a global coffee brand, but as an organization that upholds the values of honesty, integrity, and responsibility.
Thank you, Starbucks Beach House Sun Primavera, Phú Quốc – you are truly exceptional!...
Read moreTL;DR: A disappointing Starbucks visit with oversized, watery drinks, high prices (90,000 VND for a croissant), and a strict no outside food policy, leading to an underwhelming experience.
I recently visited a local Starbucks with the expectation of enjoying their renowned coffee. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations. We ordered a regular Americano and a Flat White, but what we received was far from regular. The drinks were served in what seemed like gallon-sized cups, diluting the rich flavor I associate with Starbucks coffee into a watery disappointment.
Additionally, the pricing at this Starbucks location seemed excessively high. While I understand that prices can vary, paying 90,000 VND for a simple croissant felt exorbitant, especially considering the overall quality and service provided.
Another downside was the restrictive policy on outside food. While I respect the need for such policies, it felt overly strict, especially given the limited and pricey food options available in-store.In summary, this visit to Starbucks was underwhelming.
The oversized and diluted drinks, coupled with high prices and restrictive policies, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve future customer...

But he says he must write down my credit card number for Vietcombank. I told him just tap it again… he tapped it and the transaction went through. This is unacceptable, this should be considered a form of possible fraud and unethical business practices. We live in the modern society where there are people out in the world stealing personal and bank information from people. Why does Starbucks Vietnam allow such practices? I come to this Starbucks often, since the first day it was opened. The toilet does not lock since then, I thought they will fix it but after all these months the door is still not able to lock. Is this Starbucks or a local cafe...
