I did the hair washing treatment here because the comments on Google review are so good.

The receptionist was very nice and welcoming, which I appreciated a lot.

But the lady who helped with the hair washing treatment was not as good as expected. The training here for the massagists doesn’t seem to be standardised. I sat and lied side by side with my friend during the entire treatment, and observed difference in the way the massagists did our treatment - 1) my friend’s did help her massage her shoulder before drying the hair, while mine didn’t; (2) my friend’s helped her apply hair oil at the end, but mine just didn’t bother that I needed to ask for it. The way the lady massaged my head during hair washing was just using nails stretching my head, which is not as comfy and relaxing as comparing to other head massage I tried in Phu Quoc. Positive: New salon, well decorated.

Minuses: It was the worst foot massage I've received in the last 1.5 months in Vietnam. The master seemed to be working for the first day and had never done a massage before. She tried to press on the massage points, but she did it at random. This caused discomfort and fear that the master could only make things worse. The salon has a correspondence set up in Google, but the administrator did not respond to the message and replied 3 hours later, only after we came to the salon and said we wanted to get a massage. It was evident from my mood that I was dissatisfied with the quality of the massage. At the same time, the administrator silently took the total amount for the massage without apologizing or specifying what exactly should be fixed in the future.

I have traveled to Phu Quoc for 3d2n with my friend and I looked up for review about this spa on tripadvisor and goôgle as well. Almost they are good reviews about the service and staff attitude. I decided to try it with sauna and body massage for 90 minutes in total. Finally, wowwwwwwwww 1 word, Best 👍. It doesn't get any better than this. After the treatment I went to Venice coffe for afternoon tea and drinks. The view so beautiful under the sunset time and kiss bridge as well.
