Club de la Birra Recoleta — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

My visit to this restaurant was nothing short of a nightmare. I was subjected to a distressing display of xenophobia just because I didn't possess a national credit card. It's heart-wrenching to think that such discrimination exists in today's world. I sincerely hope the restaurant reevaluates its values and ensures a more inclusive and compassionate environment for all customers. This experience left me deeply shaken and disheartened. It's important to note that there was no prior indication at the entrance regarding the restaurant's non-acceptance of certain card types, and this fact was not communicated clearly. Furthermore, the lack of professionalism from the cashier only exacerbated the situation. The absence of clear signage or communication about restricted payment methods, coupled with unprofessional behavior from the cashier, left me bewildered and disappointed. A transparent policy and professional conduct are essential for a positive dining experience, and I hope the restaurant addresses these...

Fui celebrar o meu aniversário e de uma amiga com nossos amigos, 17 no total. Combinamos com todos eles que ao fazer os pedidos já pagassem e nos entregassem os comprovantes de pagamento. Pois bem, passado alguns minutos começaram a chegar bebidas e pedidos de sanduíches caros e que ninguém na mesa havia pedido. Então esses produtos eram rejeitados por nós. Obviamente! Quando chegou a hora de irmos embora, fomos ver o valor restante e segundo a moça do caixa juntamente com o outro responsável foram muito irônicos em dizer que "pedimos e não pagamos" e que haviam vários outros pedidos, só nos diziam o valor restante,(em torno de 70, 80 reais = 12.200 pesos) mas não estava especificado o que era além do sanduíche e da bebida.

Juntamos todos os comprovantes de pagamento e pedimos para ver a conta no computador mas ela só emitia o suposto valor que estava em aberto. E os dois responsáveis pelo caixa fazendo comentários irônicos entre si e achando que nós não entendíamos. (Estamos vivendo aqui! E sabemos as gírias) Então, depois de muito tempo (40, 50 min) quando falei para minha amiga que não sairíamos dali sem ver os pedidos ou chamaria a polícia, eles apagaram esses supostos pedidos e disseram não devíamos mais nada.

Foi uma experiência muito desagradável por esse inconveniente. falta de ética e profissionalismo de alguns profissionais. Entretanto, o ambiente é super agradável. Ideal para um momento de descontração após o trabalho, faculdade, etc. As comidas e bebidas são muito saborosas.

Particularmente não voltarei por essa...
