We came here for a friend’s celebration and they had booked a booth. While waiting for the rest of the group to arrive, we decided to order a bottle of vodka. When our friends arrived, they told us they already had enough spirits so we asked the staff if we could keep our bottle for next time. The staff member said yes, and kept it aside for us.

Fast forward a few weeks later, we checked if we could use our bottle and were told there would be a $200 service fee (to return to a booth) to finish it. Since the bottle was $300 and there was so much of it left, this was disappointing. We hadn’t been told about this fee at the time, and having done bottle service at another club before (where we were able to come back and finish our bottle without extra charges), we genuinely didn’t know this would be the case. If we’d known, we would have just finished it on the night. The lack of transparency really made us feel misled.

We also noticed that the bottle service staff alternated between serving at the booth and working behind the bar, which made the service feel a little less dedicated than expected. This doesn’t feel right, especially when you’re paying for bottle service.

Overall, while the atmosphere was fun, the lack of clear communication around bottle service policies and consistency in service left us...

I bought 3x VIP tickets on New Years eve. This included entry fee and 3 hours drinks from 9pm till 12.When I got there at 8.30pm there was a long line which didn't move for the 2.5hours I waited. I ended up leaving because it was starting to rain and the line was still long .Apparently they let everyone in after 11pm which wasn't much time left for the drinks so the ones who stayed back only got a few. I thought maybe it wad too overcrowded why we were not allowed to enter but this was not the case.

I have emailed them to request a refund for the inconvenience and have received nothing but excuses. NO REFUND bot even an apology.

So they pretty much scammed everyone that bought a VIP ticket and when called out can't even offer anything but free entry and a 40 dollar drinks voucher.

Highly disappointed WONDERLAND event organiser !!

Went to Wonderland for a Taylor Swift night. Very disappointing experience and there were clearly too many tickets sold. There was only one bar servicing the whole event, with no clear lines that didn’t move and backed up onto the dance floor. It was in a tiny room with the themed activities impossible to get to and very basic for a paid and ticketed event, looked like very minimal effort put in. We have been to other themed nights at other venues that were much bigger and much better. We left to get drinks at another bar along with many others and returned around midnight to the place still packed, bar staff checked out and people desperate for water waiting for 1 bar staff to bring out a tray of waters that were taken as soon as placed down. Not the right venue for such a big...
