As an avid traveller wielding loyalties with renowned hotel chains, let me assure you, a visit to Casa Luna is just flirtatious foreplay with food of epicurean delight. Within its modest inviting walls, Casa Luna offered an experience that left me breathlessly elated, imprinted with savoury memories that a Silk Road traveller would envy.Being an Aussie, I am no stranger to our home-grown gastronomy. But hey, my first mouthful of their hummus was not just food, it was a virtuoso of velvety chic-pea symphony that serenaded my taste buds. I reckoned it could even steal the stage from a NY philharmonic recital. I kid you not. Their steak was char-grilled to perfection, infusing a nuanced fusion of umami and smoke, a throwback to my lazy Barbeque-Sundays back in Boston. Delicious, much like a follicly challenged Bruce Willis - shiny, bald, and packs a wallop! The pièce de résistance was undisputedly the Blue Trivola. This dish needs to come with a warning: may induce food orgasms. Thinking back, my visit to Casa Luna was like an aphrodisiac affair. And 'twas only the food! From a Fernweh-prone Aussie to his fellow wanderers, if Casa Luna were a Bond film, it'd surely be Skyfall- in its audacity to allure, and delivering an explosion of flavours! Now, who needs intercourse when Casa Luna can satiate one's gastronomic desires, leaving lasting sensory impressions that are almost hedonistic? This place transcends the everyday dining- it's a rite of passage that every worthy gastronaut must...

A Truly Magical Evening at Casa Luna ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Last night we celebrated our daughter’s 21st birthday at Casa Luna, and from the moment we arrived, it was clear we were in for a special evening. The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and inviting – every little detail was perfectly considered, creating an ambiance that made the night feel truly memorable.

A heartfelt thank you to Bryan, who went above and beyond to enhance our experience. Not only was he attentive and professional, but he also took the time to capture some stunning family photos for us – images we will truly treasure forever.

Our gratitude also goes out to the gorgeous lady who attended our table. I wish I had caught her name because her kindness and engaging nature made such a lasting impression. Nothing was too much trouble, and her genuine pleasantness added so much joy to the evening.

The food was absolutely delicious – each dish beautifully presented and full of flavour. And the cocktails? Easily the best we’ve ever had! You can taste the care and creativity in every sip.

Casa Luna strikes that rare balance of excellence and heart – the value of the entire experience was spot on, and it’s clear that the team genuinely cares about making each guest feel special.

We couldn’t recommend Casa Luna more. They get it, and they deliver. Thank you so, so much for giving our family such a memorable night. We...

We had a nice evening at Casa Luna on recommendation from someone who works there. We had an 8pm Saturday booking. Turned up early and had a cocktail at the bar. Alex was a great bartender and looked after us during the evening. We got seated at our table and the place started to fill up quite quickly with young party goers standing quite closely to our table. We ordered with a food allergy which the waitress identified against each dish on the menu. We still had lots of options and the stand out dishes were the Steak and Octopus and the Casa Luna Martini👌🏻 The food was excellent and service very good. They just need to work on the balance between restaurant/night club. The background music was loud during dining but the live DJ was great would have stayed longer but we had an early morning breakfast booking for the next day. I’d definitely return for a late night out which Byron seems to be currently lacking. Well done Casa Luna, I wish you...

Very impressed, spotted this cute little place on the rooftop as we were walking around and saw they did a happy hour that was touted as ‘the best in Byron’ and I can say after trying I absolutely agree. Staff were super friendly, I could see they enjoyed working here and the bartender was a joy to watch work. The drinks were delicious, with the Bonsai and Oaxacan old fashioned our favourites. If I was to say anything to improve, the dragonfruit paloma was well presented but was a bit sour for my taste. Also some small happy hour plates other than cheap oysters would have extended our visit. Apparently they do Latin and salsa nights on Thursdays so will have to come back for that.
