The food... Terrible, the service is great, but the reason you go somewhere to eat is 80% because of the food. I dont know who is giving 5 stars because the last time I visited was at least a year ago and the food was average then but only just. The food was amazing when it first opened.... Over the years it has just got worse and worse. An example of the quality of resturant is eggs.... The easiest thing you can cook, when you ask for poached eggs and you get a terrible cheap food buffett poached egg, you know the ones im talking about.... You know there is serious problems in the kitchen. Ordered savory mince and it came out with thin sandwich bread toasted, terrible buffet style poached eggs, savory mince on the side in a cup which looked seriously like cat food, not joking, just looking at it i didnt want to eat it, ate it and felt sick afterwards. Looking around at the food coming out it was no different. The other order was a ommlette, crappy salmon which looked like it also came out of a can, had feta as per menu but yet still came with chedder cheese all over it which wasnt listed on the menu. absolutely awful service! multiple meals were wrong, one chicken burger was sent back twice and still came back wrong, didn’t care when taking the order, came out with the food like a headless chicken starring at the bright light not know anything. terrible hospitality, the only nice ones there was the guy and girl at the bar. floor staff were awful, multiple orders were wrong. when it comes to food you have to get it correct you can’t just do what you want and not listen to instructions. considering that one burger was taken back twice and still came out wrong nobody else bothered to have there order corrected, incredibly rude staff, really need re training, was a party of 16 for a 21st incrediblely disappointing, also waited 25 minutes for a cake to be brought out because the staff decided to have a photoshoot instead of lighting a cake and walking over to there customers aha. we had to go behind the bar retrieve the cake & light it ourselves and the chick ran over and instead of apologising goes “ oh my god...

Firstly, thank you Maria for her warm welcome again. We haven't been at 360 for a while due to some commitments. Nevertheless, Maria's friendly way was very as lovely as always. We had booked a table for 6, welcoming 2 new permanent residents to Qld. The service was great as always, so were the Salt & Pepper Squid and the other entrees we had recommended to our guests. The main courses brought out were all delicious, except the 2 Sirloin Steaks ordered. Since I never had a bad steak at this place, I really was surprised about this. Now, this really is the important part of the story: Maria has been made aware, that our steaks were not to our satisfaction. Guests have to be aware, that this can happen at any place! But the way Maria handled the situation was just totally professional and very impressive for Qld standards, thank you again Maria.
