Hi hotel legends to senior management I am an accor member and we have stayed at your hotel a few times , very beautiful , our son ryan stayed there a few months ago and thoroughly enjoyed his 3 nites , thank you very much Im writing this review to hotel senior manager to thank a massive massive thank you to your duty manager olivia who has attended to my lost property and sorted it out straight away , olivia was onto my matter and kept me in the loop and extremely efficient at every corner , nothing was a drama at all and olivia got to bottom of my small problem if you want to call it even that Well done on your professionalism and extremely lovely to me on phone , thanks for call today 17 th april you really were delightful to deal with Great work Olivia really appreciate your kindness Thanks to accor as well for there help wonderful work to both businesses Hope this review gets to miss olivia duty manager Have a great day Take care and we will see you soon Wonderful...

We enjoyed staying here we had a pool view room. The view was nice and the room was big with a belcony. It had great toiletries. Parking was provided underneath and there was plenty of parking and it was easy to come and go. We ordered dinner in the restaurant one night to have in our room and it was excellent just what we needed after a busy day. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room facilities were a bit seasoned. The lighting in bathroom was not bright enough. The breakfast included is amazing. A lot of choices on different food items, hot or cold. Unfortunately one of two coffee machines broke down so a bit of wait for my coffee making (3 minutes only, not horribly long). Understandably it happened sometimes.In terms of overall hotel price performance, I reckon it is the best of all hotels in Gold Coast. Will definitely come...
