IF YOU HAVE ADVERSE REACTIONS TO HEAVY USE OF SMOKE MACHINES DO NOT VISIT THIS VENUE
While some parts of the experience where fun, Overall it did feel remarkably cheaply made. I went with a group and we experienced numerous issues with parts of the experience breaking or being of general low quality.
Another major point of worry is the general air of low effort, the entire venue is constructed of unsealed spray-painted laser cut mdf. With the mission brief, instructional videos and all Audio being either disappointing AI generated slop, or incomprehensible synthesized English with a strong Chinese accent.
This low effort continues to the game systems. All players wear generic dollar store laser tag vests, along with poor quality 3d printed wrist mounted devices that act as the laser tag gun (only less comfortable and much harder to aim, with a $5 usb power bank literally velcroed to the side).
Unfortunately you also need a nfc card lanyard to actually interact with any of the tasks, which was unreliable more than it should have been, only bested by the vague and faulty nature of the actual tasks (at least one of which was out of commission during our visit)
Ultimately, especially given the high price I am very disappointed and will not be returning. Props to the staff though they were as helpful as they...

We did the cursed passage a few months ago. It was OK but not great. Some parts of some of the puzzles didn't respond properly which made them somewhere between difficult and impossible to solve, even once you'd worked out the correct solution.
Came back to do saboteurs with a group. The set up takes forever, meaning you have to plan to start at about the time you'd expect to be leaving. That's if it works, which it didn't. We were there for 50 minutes as staff tried to get the dark room working without success, rather than put us in the empty light room, they had us stand around doing nothing.
They then refused to offer a refund, only offering a gift card to come back. Did eventually get a refund once the manager was in the next day, but they didn't have any trained staff on the day.
On both occasions some of the staff involved were terrible. Game master for cursed passage kind of ruined the game and the supervisor on the day of saboteurs was a shocker, the younger woman trying to run the game and reception staff were good though.

Read moreThere was a group of 11 of us that paid for a half hour session on Saturday, we paid just shy of $400 for a half hour, completely reasonable given the experience we were advertised... if it worked. All of our players had their technology not work for majority of the scanners/shooting/registering deaths and my technology did not work for saboteur whatsoever. The staff were very kind, however, when sharing our concerns over the games not working one of the staff members hosting us, Joey, stated that whilst the scanners were checked every morning they were known to play up consistently. We were offered no compensation, temporarily offered a free game of basketball for our $400 group, but this was not followed through on and we were simply told to 'email head office'. The concept, incredible The staff, kind The game, simply did not work and we essentially received a room for 30 minutes to complain about for $400... I would highly suggest if you were interested in saboteur or a game like it to seek another business to purchase the...
