Paradise Centre — Local services in Gold Coast City

If I could give this a minus 5 star rating, I would. This place has givin us nothing but grief and trouble. They say we have had multiple complaints yet they did not inform us about any of these complaints. (The complaints were along the lines of opening and closing the ranch slider too loud which is completely out of our control, and more like that), and when we got our 'first and only' warning, we were greeted with 'have you packed your bags?'. This is HIGHLY unprofessional. There are many other ways to go about this. They have been extremely rude to us, and have not done anything to help us in terms of making our trip easy. I work in customer service myself and I will DEFIANTLY not be coming back here, or recommending this place to any friends or family, or any other person for that fact. If you like being treated like human garbage then this place is the place to stay. As much as I have enjoyed staying at the Gold Coast, I will be extremely happy to be leaving...

Its a small mall. You can shop for your essentials at woolworths which is a chain of departmental stores in Australia. Woolworths is a well stocked store from where you can buy good quality fruits, vegetables,milk and milk products, breads, chips, cold drinks and all the major groceries.

There is boost store also located in this. You can fill yourself up with delicious fresh juices from this store.

This mall is located near surfers's paradise so you can go for a stroll to this place. Also there are lot many ice cream stores and souvenir shops around this mall. Tourists can fill their bags with inexpensive souvenirs. Eat drink walk and enjoy the beach. Also if you walk little ahead of this mall you will find a seven eleven store. Just buy yourself a coffee at this store. Its cheap...

Have been fortunate to have been to Surfers Paradise several times prior, however, i have not been to Paradise centre. Great family place to visit, with the entrance directly off the main pedestrian street Cavill Ave. In Surfers Paradise. The arcade area is a huge space with a massive selection of games to play covering all ages. In addition to the arcade games, there is 10 pin bowling, bumper/dodgem cars, Lazer tag and indoor Miniature putt putt golf. A few areas where food and beverages can be purchased are also available with seating if required. Public toilets are also available in this building. All in all, great fun for everyone, however, if you are not a fan of busy crowds, bright lights or areas that may be very loud (both games and people) this may not be ideal for...
