1860 Luxury Accommodation — Hotel in Northern Victoria Region

1860 is a beautiful (lovingly restored) cottage perfectly located within walking distance to the town centre - yet so peaceful and private. We fell in love the minute we walked onto the property. Loved the rustic feel, very comfortable and spacious bed, huge bath and well-equipped kitchen. This was the first time we knew after only 1 night that we wanted to extend our stay. Lucky we were able to do so as this gave us time to relax on the oh-so comfy lounges and enjoy breakfast or lunch in the garden whilst still having time to explore the wineries, local cafes/restaurants and surrounding areas. It was very hard having to leave this amazing home away from home. Will definitely have to come back in the cooler months so we can enjoy the fireplace and cozy sleep-ins - I didn't wake up until 8am every morning as it was to tranquil! This is our favorite DATE weekend/ BnB EVER.We are regular visitors and i LOVE it. It is special from beginning to end of any stay. From the time we pull up excitedly to the car park in front of the beautiful Birch Trees, to be met by a delectable basket of goodies thoughtfully packed by Gina, till when we reluctantly leave several days later, our stay at 1860 is amazing. The atmosphere in the lovely old building is so beautiful, the bed is awesome, the interior design is tasteful and there are thoughtful touches everywhere from the hosts. 1860 how stunning! Everything about this adorable cabin was just divine! All the creature comforts.. Firstly the entrance, we sat out the front porch for hours.. this would have been our favorite spot! The bedding and furnishing's were lush! It was lovely to meet Matt when we arrived, the history run down was truly our pleasure! Thank you Gina and Matt for such a wonderful stay! We're so excited to return!
