What a great little find. The last remaining 'dots and dashes' telegraph manned by knowledgeable volunteers. From here you can send someone a telegram. As there are no commercial telegraph offices operating any more, it gets relayed to two other volunteers who transcribe the message, print it then send the telegram on by post as a sake.

It's interesting to see how far we have come in telecommunications. There are some really old phones here. Some I hadn't seen growing up. It depends on you age, that how interesting you would find this. Older you are more you will be able to relate to what they have here. A 15 year old might find it amusing what the phones used to be like but they won't...
