Townhouse Nora was an excellent choice for our stay in Salzburg. It is conveniently located between the train station 1 Km walk and the Old City 1.2 Km. We were just blocks away from the pedestrian only area. ||We had 3 couples staying and the facility was very spacious and modern. The host did a great job of providing all the information we needed so that when we arrived late, we were able to find the place and easily gain access to the townhouse. ||You can see from the pictures that the rooms and beds are large. The kitchen and family room made for a good place to gather and eat. If you choose to self cater versus eating out, the kitchen is very modern and convenient. ||The only challenge is the 2nd bathroom is on the opposite end of the townhouse from the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The main bedroom has its own bath. ||The second bath has a separate bathtub area that feels like a luxury spa. To get to it though- you have to go through the sink, toilet and shower area. Minor inconvenience for the overall quality of the townhouse. ||Would definitely...

Pros:
Happy with the customer service. Had 2 I'd 3 problems, responded per WhatsApp swiftly and tried to solve ASAP. Modern design. All cosmetics smelled soooooo good, feeling spoiled. Complimentary water, drinks and coffee capsules. Nice.
Cons:
LATE NIGHT NOISES FROM the front building no. 17. It looks like a student share house, talking loud with open windows, walking 1 ir 2am. After the first night I reported to the customer service, the 2nd night a bit better. I closed the window tight though. No fresh air.
I find it is a bit misleading as the space we stayed is described as 1 bedroom and 1 living room. BUT IT IS just ONE ROOM/STUDIO with living and sleeping area.
All in all, did not sleep well due to the neighbour, the non dividing space and the sofa bed. Ps. Thank them trying to make the sofa bed more comfortable by laying extra duvet after I pointed out. It was better, but sorry, other type of sofa bed is more comfortable, because there is no horizontal gap...
Read moreStayed in Apartment 1 Townhouse Nora as a group of 6. Very lovely place. The decor is pretty and creates a lovely ambience. It was a very comfortable, albeit short stay. The flat was also generally clean and the electronic code meant that getting in and out was easy. The apartment is well located and within walking distance to lots of the local sights.
A few things to note though There is no air conditioning. Although there are fans in the bedrooms, they just seem to blow hot around. As the apartment was on the ground floor, we didn't feel particularly safe opening the windows for prolonged periods of time. There was also a lot of noise from the apartment facing the townhouse next to the main road. We had arranged a taxi from the airport to the apartment via the hostess for convenience. However I would not recommend this. This cost 55 Euros. On the return trip to the airport we just booked a local taxi and it cost...
