Stayed 4 nights recently. Pros: - Barbara is extremely kind, thoughtful, and welcoming at the reception desk. What a lovely ambassador for the city and for this property. Thank you so much Barbara. - The room was very clean and they even remembered to place a fan in my room, which I had requested several weeks earlier. Excellent attention to guests requests. - Loved the location. Very picturesque, sitting right at the base of beautiful Kapuzinerberg. - Strong and consistent wifi. - Awesome rain shower! Cons: - The leather bed frame was heavily dated and damaged. With the rest of the room being so beautiful, this definitely needs to be fixed or replaced. - The bed in general was very uncomfortable. Only a very thin mattress on top of a very soft, quishy bed frame. Every time you move around the mattress slides off the frame. And in the mornings my back was SO sore. If not for the beds, this hotel would have gotten a perfect score. *Did not try breakfast.

Dabei entdeckten wir das charmante Hotel Ganslhof, das sich als ein echter Geheimtipp für Wochenendreisende erwies. Vom ersten Moment an beeindruckte uns die makellose Sauberkeit des Hauses. Unser Zimmer war nicht nur blitzblank, sondern auch gut ausgestattet, was unseren Aufenthalt äußerst angenehm machte. Die Freundlichkeit des Teams im Hotel Ganslhof war beispiellos. Ob es um die Bereitstellung von Informationen über die Stadt, Tipps für familienfreundliche Aktivitäten oder die Befriedigung besonderer Bedürfnisse ging – die Mitarbeiter waren immer bereit zu helfen und taten dies mit einem Lächeln. Diese menschliche Note war wirklich etwas Besonderes und gab uns das Gefühl, willkommene Gäste in einem liebevoll geführten Haus zu sein. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt, den wir hervorheben möchten. Mit der Nähe zur Altstadt, zu verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war das Hotel Ganslhof der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für unsere Entdeckungsreisen durch Salzburg. Das einzige Element, das unseren Aufenthalt noch weiter verbessert hätte, wäre ein etwas üppigeres Frühstück. Während die angebotenen Speisen von guter Qualität waren, hätte eine etwas größere Auswahl unsere Morgenmahlzeiten perfekt abgerundet. In Bezug auf die Preise ist das Hotel Ganslhof absolut solide. Angesichts der hohen Qualität der Leistungen, der hervorragenden Lage und der Wärme des Personals erscheint der Preis mehr als gerecht. Dies macht das Hotel Ganslhof zu einer ausgezeichneten Wahl für Reisende, die ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis suchen. Zusammenfassend war unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Ganslhof eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Es ist ein Ort, an den wir uns gerne erinnern und den wir jedem empfehlen würden, der ein authentisches, freundliches und zentral gelegenes Hotel in Salzburg sucht. Unser Wochenende war dank Hotel Ganslhof ein echtes Erlebnis und wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!
