Ristorante Pizzeria Beccofino — Restaurant in Salzburg

If you ever try to go to Taj Mahal and don't have table please don't get in the temptation to get inside of this restaurant that is located just in the front. Personal was not very kind, sometimes we felt like invisible people. A dirty napkin from the previous guests was on the floor and stayed there until we left (and I made sure to put it on the walking way of the two girls who were serving but none of them took the initiative to grab it). The appetizers were served at the same time of the main plate, we were two and my wife needed to wait for her plate while mine was already on the table. The Risotto ordered was like it has been already chewed and the pizza ingredients looked like they were put on the pizza after the base came out of the oven. To finish we asked to one of the girls to bring us the dessert and waited for 20 min and nothing... after waiting so much we went to the cash, paid and left. Poor service...

I was greeted by a nice person who explained they were full which was fine. I asked if I could sit next to the door to wait and was told I needed to prove I was vaccinated but when I pulled out my card they vanished. I stood next to that chair not sitting in it for 15 minutes which seems silly to me. The server told me they were full and asked if I was there for take out. I explained if they were full I’d do take out instead but wasn’t given a menu. I stood around thinking once they were caught up I’d be given one. She reappeared angrily asking if I wanted to sit, I said if that was possible yes. I was shown to a table that seems to have been ready to go since before I arrived and the menu was virtually thrown on the table in front of me. It felt so uncomfortable I left. The food looked great so I was really disappointed to be treated that way when I walked in with a smile on my face, and offered to...

It is expected from the staff of a restaurant to always be respectful towards their guests..the moment We entered the restaurant, I was told that there was no space to sit &we need to wait .. that’s it , period! .. but as a courtesy the one should be informed about the waiting time..or in how much time the guest should come back. But then I asked if I could get a take away.. the staff member said for that also you have to wait for 25 min.. very straightforward !! Well I’m well aware that a pizza cannot be served in 5 min sir.. But you might wanna try to be a bit polite with the guest you are serving..you don’t have to pay to be humble unlike we were gonna pay for the food we were gonna eat.. So Thank you...
