Arrowhead Grill — Restaurant in Dhaka Metropolitan

Me and my family members visited Arrowhead Grill yesterday for dinner after checking their last order time as we were late for dinner already. It is great that they allow 11:30pm for their last order to be placed.

It's on the level 4 (lift 4) of the building and they have approx 110 people's sitting arrangement on a busy day.

We have ordered the below items: When we finished placing our orders, they served us a welcome drink (hot soup on a cup) which was a nice touch!

Beef Brisket with Mashed Potatoes & Sauted vegetables. Review: This is my first time trying beef brisket ever. As per the team it's slow cooked in 4hrs. The tenderness and marbeling on the meet was really good. The brisket was extremely soft and juicy. They provide a house special sauce which was reviewed sweet by most of my family members but I kinda liked it with the brisket. The cuts were similar and looked good. By the way, their mashed potatoes were delicious and mixed really well with the brisket. (This got launched recently so you won't find in their current menu at the moment). Rating: 7/10

El Dorado Platter with 3 sides: rice, mashed potatoes and sauted vegetables. We took 3 extra sides (separate payments). Review: Although this dish is recommended for 3 people but we noticed if you are not too hungry and like to have 3/4th of the stomach full then this dish can easily be shared with 4 people with additional sides. Tenderloin, Sirloin stakes were delicious out of this platter. This makes me think, I have to try out their sirloin stakes separately in medium rare or rare during my next visit! The sausage and Charlotte cheese Cubes which comes along within the platter were great too. I am not a huge fan of Flank meat so it was okay for me. Rating: 9/10

Charlotte Cheese Cubes Review: loved this as a started! Mouth watering good! But it would be nicer if it was less fried. Rating: 8/10

French Fries Fresh and oilless fries with cheesey dips. Loved it. Rating: 9/10

Mocktails: Lemonade. Really refreshing and chilled! Enjoyed it! Rating: 10/10

I must say the fella who took our orders were very patient and shared his advises from time to time. Good part of him was, he was not pushy to order additional items. I respect this type of people. Once order was done, he went back to process the order and got back to us to recheck all the orders for finalization. This is good tbh.

I liked the overall ambience of the place. They gave us reward cards for next visit.

Park your vehicle on the road and park it with caution although banani 11 road is safe but on a busy day it will be hectic to find a spot.

Overall, our experience was good and it was worth the money we have spend...

Had a sehri outing at Arrowhead Grill tonight and this time, we had an awful experience in terms of service.

Even though, my initial reservation was for 2-2:30 am, I later changed it to 1-1:30 am, which was communicated, and they confirmed that "at max, you will have to wait 5-10 minutes".

After reaching, we ultimately had to wait ~1 hour to get our table. I have no idea what kind of reservation was that. If you cannot allocate for everyone who wants to come in, let them know that your slots are unavailable. Simple.

Whenever we asked "when can we get our table", their answer was "your food is ready" as if we were going to eat standing near his cash desk.

Secondly, having our food (steaks) prepared more than an hour ago, ultimately led to having a cold meal, which was again, a disaster.

Thirdly, while placing orders, all the sides and sauces were mentioned. However, while serving, they informed us, "saffron mash" is stock out, "bearnaise sauce" is stock out, that is stock out, this is stock out, I mean wtf!

Then, we had two add-on orders, two extra poutines. However, they served one, but billed for two. Lol. Really? Alright, to err is human, informed them and corrected it.

Next, our total bill was 16009 bdt. They asked us to take a lottery out to see the discount %. We got 11% discount. The discounted amount was supposed to be 1760, however, they calculated 1194. How? Where is the rest 566 taka?

Then, they added 5% vat on the discounted price, however, when we calculated, there was again discrepancy noticed of taka 85. So, overall, a miscalculation of 651 taka. Nice!

Yes, I should've calculated; however, the number of people were standing still right there waiting for tables to get vacant, it felt awkward to spend extra time than necessary.

I hope they take care of this: otherwise, not visiting this...

🍖 🚨 🍖 🚨 STEAK ALERT 🍖 🚨 🍖 🚨

We've tried Arrowhead Grill for the first time today and undoubtedly, we are ranking it as the 2nd best steak house of the town!!

We ordered Meat PORTLAND PLATTER, ESPECIAS RICE, CHEESE SAUCE and MUSHROOM SAUCE and all of them were simply fantastic. They've considered the platter as a 1:3, but believe me, it's more than enough for 4-5 steak-aholic people.

The platter was a combination of different types of cooked meat including two EXTREMELY tasty, medium done, watery steaks and a Turkish Kebab. The one which had cheese on the top was an exceptional one I must say. All of the items in the player were very tasty and a single sight of the platter is enough to form a tsunami inside your mouth! 😋😋

The ESPECIAS RICE was a bit different from the rice items served in Meat Theory and Steakout. It was spicy and really tasty. For the people who love rice and spice, I would absolutely recommend it.

Speaking of the sauce, I loved the Cheese Sauce. The Mushroom sauce looked like the House Special Sauce of Meat Theory, but it's taste was not like what I expected. They can try to make it more tasty. Arrowhead Grill is a bit selfish when it comes to refilling the sauce. They refilled it, but the amount was REALLY SCANTY!⚠️⚠️

The special thing about Arrowhead Grill is, they provide you a complementary CORN SOUP when you're waiting for your steak. It's totally a plus for me! 🌟🌟🌟

Atmosphere is good. It's neat and tidy. Their service is a top notch as well. The waiters are friendly and always smiley.
