Hotel Augusta Boulevard — Hotel in Região Imediata de São Paulo

Arrived for one night stay 28 February late at night. Room very basic, few facilities and bed cover on one of the beds torn in several places. Fixtures and fittings outdated. Room was clean as was bathroom which again was outdated.||Difficulty finding someone who could speak English when we arrived but that was remedied the following morning.||Breakfast only just ok, lots available but dining room more like a cafe than a hotel.||Needed the help of hotel staff to liaise with airport over lost luggage. They couldn't have been more helpful and concerned for our plight.. They telephoned and pressurised the airport staff on our behalf to get the luggage to us before we had to transfer to a cruise 2 hours away. We only just made the cruise with the luggage. We could not praise the hotel management enough for what they did on our behalf. We will be writing further to send our thanks.||Hotel in busy rundown area. Would have no reason to return. More like a basic bed and breakfast...

Room was not clean at all,old furniture, the bed is not comfortable. bathroom with broken shower and Windows. elevators not working properly . the catastrophe was the breakfast. really nothing to get.very poor choice, everything was very cold or let say frozen. ||The building itself looks old, and need a renovation.||the only positive thing the location. hotel near to the city center just few walk to...

Hotel is dirty and it smells really awful. I doubt that they washed the sheets! bedroom is big but it doens't compensate that is not clean and the carpet is full of fungus... the area is dangerous. A lot of bars of women and drugs... you wouldn't like to be out after 20:00. For the price you can get something much...
