Mercure São Bernardo Do Campo — Hotel in Região Imediata de São Paulo

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Mercure São Bernardo do Campo. One of the highlights was definitely the staff — they are incredibly friendly and solicitous, always going out of their way to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was warm and attentive, and that made a big difference in my overall experience.

However, there are a couple of things that could be improved. First, face towels were not provided, which was surprising for a hotel of this category. I requested them daily, but was consistently told they didn’t have any, and was offered a body towel instead. This was a bit inconvenient.

Also, the beds are too small — not wide enough for a truly restful night, especially for those who prefer more space when sleeping.

Rooms are well proportioned for working and relaxing. The whole place is kept spotlessly clean.

The downside is that the room Wifi tends to be unreliable at times, especially during peak times when there are more users. WiFi signal strength depends on which room you are in. Also, for some reason, the LG televisions don't connect to the hotel's WiFi either, so viewing stuff on YouTube or other apps is a problem. Generally, the Wifi and television system needs some improvement.

A very nice Apart Hotel , rooms have a small kitchen area , well kept and comfortable even for long stays. I found no information in the room about the hotels facilities, no information about the local area , this should be addressed by the management team. The breakfast is very poor with limited choice, the pastries are tiny , one bite and it’s gone, it took several days before I realised they will cook eggs for you to order , no information for guests that tells you this.
