The most luxurious W Hotel!|Let me introduce my experience with the following details and recognition.|This was my first time in Brazil, and of course, as a W Hotel lover, I chose to stay here. This is my 8th W Hotel visit, and I had a great experience. The building is huge and location is not bad. You have a lot of restaurants, bars, malls, metro station and more.|I can say as a Connector, this was my favorite room. Is really gorgeous and full of mirrors in it, for those who like to get pictures on your room, it's like you're having your own filter for pictures. Bed is really comfortable, and views are amazing. You see Sao Paulo from the top! |My favorite part was getting lots of pictures with the giant W at the entrance. My favorite spot in all W Hotels. I got the perfect outfit to have this beautiful picture. A green blazer, mixed with the design of the building.||I would like to recognize all of the staff, especially, the following guys who made this stay very special.|Claudio: Thank you so much! A 10-Star Experience at the W – Beyond Exceptional!

I recently stayed at the W Hotel for one night on Thursday and then again from Saturday to Monday, and I can honestly say it was one of the most unforgettable hotel experiences I’ve had. As someone who has stayed at hundreds of luxury hotels around the world, I can confidently say that this was by far the best service I’ve ever received at a 5-star property.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. We were graciously upgraded to the Penthouse Suite 2 — and it was absolutely spectacular. The suite itself was stunning, with breathtaking views and immaculate design. Every detail felt special.

The hotel staff were warm, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh, high-quality options and excellent service.

What truly set this experience apart, however, was Claudio, the Insider Manager. Claudio is a gem — the kind of person every luxury hotel should have. Even before we arrived, he was helping us arrange our trip, securing hard-to-get restaurant reservations, recommending shopping destinations, and — most impressively — helping us gain access to an exclusive Pride event. As non-locals, we ran into a few hurdles with ID and registration, but Claudio personally followed up for two days, even contacting the event organizers directly to advocate for us. Thanks to him, we were able to attend — and it became the highlight of our trip.

Claudio didn’t just provide service — he created memories. We are truly grateful and can’t wait to return.

Então deixa eu te contar, baixinho, como quem abre o diário só para você…||||Não é que eu nunca tenha me hospedado em hotel cinco estrelas — já me hospedei, sim, algumas vezes. Mas cada hotel tem o seu estilo, as suas surpresas, os seus pequenos segredos escondidos, esperando para serem descobertos. E eu, mulher que veio da periferia e que hoje pode viver experiências como essa, faço questão de observar tudo com a delicadeza de quem quer eternizar na memória.||||Quando entrei no quarto, a primeira coisa que fiz foi brincar, como uma criança, com os botões que abrem e fecham a janela — passei meia hora só nisso, me divertindo e me maravilhando com o gesto simples transformado em luxo silencioso. A cama… ah, a cama! Uma cama gigante, de rainha. E sim, quem está lendo essa mensagem, que fique claro: você também é um rei ou uma rainha e merece dormir numa cama assim.||||Ela me abraçava… me envolvia… ainda bem que o botão de abrir a janela fica bem ali, do lado da cama, porque, sinceramente, se eu tivesse que me levantar para puxar a cortina, já seria noite de um novo dia.||||E é óbvio que a banheira também faz parte dessa história. Cheguei ao hotel às cinco da manhã. O que eu fiz primeiro? Entrei no banheiro, tomei aquele banho de chuva com a ducha potente e, logo depois, mergulhei na banheira. Tenho até banheira em casa, mas preciso confessar: essa me fez valorizar ainda mais a minha, porque, ah… que sensação boa é estar dentro de uma banheira, deixando o tempo escorrer devagar.||||No café da manhã, além de me ver refletida na colher impecavelmente limpa — como um espelho polido especialmente para mim —, o que mais me encantou foi o sabor de cada prato, cada textura, cada gostosura que eu pude saborear, como se fosse um convite discreto para desacelerar e apreciar a vida sem pressa.||||Mas, sabe… o que mais me tocou, de forma profunda e silenciosa, foi a cultura que se sente nesse aconchego. Não é só um atendimento cordial, não é só eficiência. É um sentimento de casa, de conforto genuíno, de elegância nos gestos mais simples.||||Cada movimento — desde quem me acompanhou até o quarto, explicando tudo com tanta paciência, até o tom de voz sereno de quem me entregou o cartão — foi pensado para que eu não me sentisse apenas acolhida, mas realmente cômoda, tranquila, segura.||||E por falar em segurança… deixa eu te contar essa: sem querer, ativei a trava de segurança americana da porta do quarto. Quando voltei, tentei abrir e… nada! Fiquei trancada do lado de fora. E aí, como num roteiro de filme, chegaram dois bombeiros para me salvar.||||Mas, antes deles, veio o Vinícius… ah, Vinícius! Um encanto de pessoa. Eu esqueci de perguntar qual é a função dele no hotel — talvez seja algo para eu descobrir na próxima vez que eu voltar. Mas o que importa, e muito, é a gentileza dele naquele momento. Ele ficou ali comigo, no corredor, dizendo: “Eu vou ficar aqui com você conversando, para você não se sentir sozinha.”||||Uau, Vinícius… Que gesto bonito.||||Essa trava de segurança, aliás, é mais um dos cuidados do W São Paulo — um hotel onde ninguém invade seu espaço, um hotel que respeita o seu tempo, a sua privacidade. São mais de 170 quartos ali, todos desenhados com esse mesmo padrão de elegância, conforto e proteção.||||O tapete macio sob os pés, a temperatura da água ajustada na medida exata, o perfume discreto nos corredores, a gastronomia impecável do L40 e do BAIO — cada prato servido como se fosse um presente.||||Sinceramente… se você já se hospedou em um hotel cinco estrelas, sabe do que eu estou falando.
