Please "READ", BEFORE you choose this place, Very very poor hotel, guys there is a construction happening next to hotel and it will be for next 6 months. You cannot sleep after 6:30 am and staff won't inform you anything but just revert with a "sorry" for making your travel horrible !
Adding to above this restaurant"does NOT" have a breakfast buffet, its a menu in which u can choose only 1 item to order.. so just eat eggs for $5 bucks extra payment on room charge when ur booking (horrible). Even half priced hotels in same area offer buffet a very lavish one.
Now here's the best part, i choose cheese omelette in 1 item they offered above and i got an omelette"without cheese", lol i guess all of you can imagine the standard of service and precision, if they're upcharging you in room price and offering you 1 item and that to also make it wrong (Its not lasagna its just omelette with cheese..) you can imagine the level of service here! They flaunt it 4 star but its not even 1 star. Also the restaurant is not on same floor, so my breads were hand carried in this corona times from kitchen to a small alley behind bar to be cut (i repeat hand carried 1 floor of stairs to reach to me and no cutlery used). Also at restaurant Ac was not on, when i requested multiple times they put it on, reason being they are feeling cold when its 36 degree C outside.... (Have no comments on this)
Poor, i will not recommend it to anyone, dont get carried away by jazzy reviews, myn is a genuine...

Loads of space, cool modern bathtubs, huge TV, balcony, etc. Unfortunately the staff appear to be in competition to see who can have the biggest misunderstanding. In a modern hotel like this you'd expect either better training or better English comprehension. Having to pay cash for room service and laundry also doesn't help. Most other hotels in Phnom Penh seem to manage okay using a normal billing system.
The rooftop part of sky bar is oddly souless due to it lacking an actual bar so you need to get a waiters attention and then wait for your drinks from downstairs. The view is cool, but there's not much reason to stay apart from that. Breakfast is served in the actual bar area and makes for a nice wake up. I'd definitely stay here again but hopefully the staff get it together. Location is excellent with plenty of interesting restaurants and bars around. The Japanese Quarter nearby is very cool and there are some good bars...

We stayed in the Deluxe Villa and i was speechless. Modern design but still very cozy. Amenities are first class. Bed is super comfy and the bathtub with the view over phnom penh is a unique experience.
The Location is great, very central and close to very good restaurants. The popular pubstreet is only 5min by tuk tuk, close but not too close as it would annoy you.
The Restaurant & Sky Bar offers residents as well as outside guests a great dining experience. My tip: enjoy the sunset with a happy hour signature cocktail overlooking the busy capital from the peaceful rooftop. The food is a mix of western & Khmer specialties and prices reasonable.
Last but not least the reason why we had an excellent stay is because of the staff. Everyone was very attentive and always smiley. The General Manager, Mr. Raing Arun was a great host and very friendly!
Thank you for the pleasant stay, we will be back...
