my review of Domino's Pizza at the 51st Street location. Zero Stars' I'd like to give a ZERO. The 51st Street location is certainly a store the USA chain wouldn't tolerate. Tuesday 8 November 1400 hrs I went in to order the 4 small pizzas for $6.99 (which is a lie because they charge $7.00--first fraudulent tactic). I wanted 4 Peperoni--the incomptent cashier/counter girl couldn't understand this and got the shift manager who tried to tell me that the price would be more than $6.99. She said the promotion was not for 4 of a kind. the advertising does not say it is for 4 different pizzas, nor does it say NO substitutions. The ill trained incompetent shift manager who would be replaced in the USA did not comprehend that the advertising stated 4 small for $6.99. She did nothing to explain why she was lying, she didn';t care about customer service., I told her that her customer service was trash and her incompetence high. I told her I would be sure to inform everyone via social media and Tripadvisor. Good going Domino's Cambodia you are a stain on the USA chain that would never tolerate this. And I might add that 2 weeks before this they lost my order and took another 15 minutes to fill it--all left to me to pursue their error, of course no compensation for their mistakes was given (it sure would be in the USA). So, get ready to reap having poorly trained manager and fraudulent...

This pizza place looks like a fast food joint, but don’t be fooled — the food is made fresh, and it actually tastes awesome. The crust is just right, toppings are flavorful, and the quality beats most quick-bite places in town.
💰 Value-wise, it’s not bad at all. For two people, we usually order a medium pizza, some chicken on the side, and drinks, and the bill comes out to under $20. That’s a solid deal for the portion and quality.
⚠️ Now, here’s the catch: the service is sloooow. They usually only have 2 or 3 staff running the whole place, so expect to wait about 30 minutes for your food, especially if it’s busy. Definitely not the place to go if you’re in a rush.
🎠 And then there’s the playground inside — which is either a blessing or a headache depending on who you are. If you’ve got kids, it’s amazing. Ours loves it, and we can relax a bit while he plays. But if you’re coming for a quiet meal, just be warned: it gets loud.
Overall? ✅ Great pizza ✅ Good value ⏳ Slow service 👶 Kid-friendly (and kid-loud) Would we come back? For sure — especially with the little one in tow. Just come with patience… and maybe...
Read moreBasically there's a promotion going on right now it's a pepperoni pizza at 3.99 that I had taken the week prior to this day. If you think question was about 7 in which is a good deal for a pizza at 3.99. now where I come from in Canada @ Domino's 7 in is basically a small pizza. So today I went in dominoes and I said I would like to have a medium pizza pepperoni and cheese and the guy said do you want the promotion I said no I don't want the promotion because I'm really hungry and I'm going to eat a bigger pizza so basically he charges me 8.50. when I got the pizza it was the same exact Pizza that I got at 3.99 the week before so I told him you're charging me 8:50 for that. He replied I asked you if you wanted the promotion and you said no where I told him exactly I told you that I wanted a bigger Pizza cuz I was hungry. It was a complete Miss communication. At the end of the day I understand that but seriously they could have reinforced made a difference knowing very well that it was the same Pizza that...
