I had a very disappointing experience at Sky Bar Above Eleven. The only positive aspect was the stunning view of the city, but everything else fell short. The service was incredibly slow, with a 40-minute wait for a cocktail, which led to several guests leaving the event early. We were also misinformed about the soft opening promotion, which was supposed to offer a small free menu. Instead, we were given the regular menu, and when we tried to clarify, the staff falsely claimed they had informed us about the promotion.
To make matters worse, food was brought to our table, but luckily, we hadn't touched it yet. Ten minutes later, the waiter came and took the dishes away, saying they were meant for another table. This lack of attention to detail was just another example of poor service.
Additionally, the atmosphere was uncomfortable due to the lack of proper ventilation, making it unbearably hot inside. On top of that, the loud music made it difficult to have a conversation or enjoy the setting. Due to the unprofessional work of the staff and a complete lack of coordination between the promoters, waiters, and management, we were forced to pay the full bill, despite the miscommunication about the promotion.
We were also charged not only the standard 10% VAT but also a 7% service charge, which felt unjustified given the poor service and lack of proper communication.
Overall, this was an underwhelming experience, and I certainly won't be returning...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Eleven Degrees Restaurant, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish!
Ambiance: The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor is modern yet cozy, creating the perfect backdrop for a memorable meal. The lighting is just right, enhancing the overall dining experience without being too dim or too bright.
Service: The staff at Eleven Degrees were incredibly attentive and friendly. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations that truly enhanced our meal. They were always there when we needed something, but never intrusive, striking the perfect balance.
Food: Now, let’s talk about the food! Every dish we ordered was a delight. The flavors were exceptional, and you could tell that fresh, high-quality ingredients were used. The presentation was equally impressive, making each dish a work of art. I particularly enjoyed the signature dish, which was bursting with flavors and beautifully plated.
Overall Experience: My overall experience at Eleven Degrees was nothing short of fantastic. It’s a perfect spot for a special occasion or simply a nice night out. I left feeling satisfied and eager to return. I highly recommend Eleven Degrees to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience!
Thank you, Eleven Degrees, for a wonderful evening! I can't wait...
Read moreDon't go here on any busy night. After making an online reservation via their website for Valentines day dinner, I recieved notifications that my reservation was cancelled 2 hours before we arrived. Tried calling but no answer, finally contacted them via Telegram and was told that our they ONLY offer a 7 course set menu, and ALL reservations must be paid in advance. I convinced them that we would be arriving in an hour and would like to keep our reservation. When we arrived we were told that we would only be able to sit at the bar as they were giving priority to those who paid in advance. First 3 courses came at 10 minute intervals, then a 90 minute wait for the 4th course, followed by the 5th 1 minute later and the "deserts" another 20 minutes later. Their only answer to the hour and a half delay in the middle of our meal was "we are busy tonight, sorry". If they can't get themselves organised when they have a set menu and all reservations pre-booked and pre-paid then there is something fundamentally wrong with their service. Nice view, reasonable prices but the slow, irregular service ruined the entire experience. My advice is to avoid this place entirely for a few years until they...
