I booked a month there once and three days later a building site opened in the next building.|The noise was horrendous. |I asked to move over the road and they allowed it without fuss.|They have two bars opposite each other on 172 Street|Food is good and competitive with other places nearby.|They had no brandy and I asked that they should buy a bottle.|They said nobody drinks it. I promised to drink the whole bottle in one shot glasses.|They bought a bottle and others started drinking brandy also.|And at 2 usd a shot it was good value.|At one time they had two bottles on the shelves|These people will go out of their way to look after the customers.|Mostly the draft beer is good but occasionally a bit off, but that is rare.|75 cents a glass.|One of the best bars...

The photos look nice but unfortunately do not match with the food you get.Order a chicken sunday roast and stated comes with yorkshire pudding but does not.One slice of chicken fillet breast cooked in a pan and a small ammount of vegetables .Staff think its ok to just delete or change your order without explaining what you have ordered is not what you get.Leave out the yorkshire pudding and give you some extra carrots and beans instead.Kitchen staff are incompetent and cant even cook chips properly.Younger staff can not speak english.The older more experienced sisters that work here are nice friendly people,but they do not work the kitchen with the younger mostly inexperienced male staff.Pizzas missing ingredients and at best...

Well I ordered sweet and sour chicken and got sweet and sour vegetables with a small amount of chicken. When I decided to mention this to the staff a gentleman working here decided to butt in and basically told me it was only me and everyone els is happy. Having no scope for reason, and pointing to the Customer as tho it was my problem and I had no grounds for complaint. I felt this was very bad customer service and sweeping aside any constructive criticism.
