Hotel Reyall HB — Hotel in Providencia

If you don't understand the title, this is the name of of a delicious alcoholic chilean beverage produced and drank only around Xmas time. It was being offered to clients at check in time when I stay there in January 2017. It was so good that next day I ask for more at breakfast and the cook actually gave me a bottle of that great stuff prepared by himself.|This small hotel is very well placed in Providencia, about 8 blocks from a metro station in a nice neighbourhood and in a quite street. It is quite tiny, about 5-6 floors tall with some parking in the back of the building. The room was "Paris style": pretty small, but with bathroom. This was small too, but clean. The environment was quite to sleep and the bed rather comfortable.|Breakfast was good and service in the dining...

We felt very safe staying at the Reyall during the Covid pandemic. They had many protocols in place and all the staff followed them. All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they let us park our car before check-in. We felt safe leaving our car. The standard room was very comfortable, a little on the small side, but perfect for 2 people. The bed was SUPER comfortable. The pillows were the best I've ever had in a hotel! The breakfast was delivered to our room at the time we chose (a Covid protocol). It arrived right on time, hot and delicious!! There was so much food!! (Including sliced fruit that was very fresh - i.e. banana slices without even a hint of brown). We will definitely stay here again...

I’ve spent over a hundred nights at different hotels in SCL and this was was the worst night I’ve had. No hot water at night or in the morning. I could hear every sound from all surrounding rooms. |I told the manager in the morning of the disappointment and she did not offer a solution other than check the water heater. After checking it she walked by and said nothing. Then went to the back. No apologies no solution. ????
