Hostel Kuntur — Hotel in Puerto Natales

Paid $26,180 Chilean Pesos for 1 night in 4 bed dorm.

The property was incredibly clean, had great facilities and had a nice vibe. The breakfast was also nice to have although to be honest it was nothing to write home about.

Just bread, some spreads and cheese and ham with hot drinks included. I was lucky that they let me stay a few hours after checkout which was really nice.

I believe with the price tag of this property it was not sufficient breakfast and should have included eggs.

Payment was only in cash which was really quite annoying.

I also arrived late and didn’t feel like the property was super helpful with me arriving nor did I feel welcomed when I arrived. The man didn’t speak much english and I was kind of rushed around the property. The woman was nice too but she didn’t say hello or smile much or make me feel particularly welcome. Very nice little and new hostel, we really liked and enjoyed staying there! Ingrid and her husband Leandro are really nice people, who help you with every question and show a lot of interest in their guests, which creates a warm and familiar atmosphere. So we can higly recommend it for single trevellers, also because they have single bedrooms. Everything is very clean and gets cleaned daily. What we really liked was the design of the common area. Some of the sweetest and kindest hosts we have encountered. And honestly one of the reasons we enjoyed our visit to Puerto Natales so much. We feel so at home. Excellent hearty breakfast which we can access even if we have an early morning. One of the cleanest kitchen we have used. Comfortable rooms with heating that we can adjust on our own.
