This is a really good place to stay in Puerto Natales. The rooms are nice with comfortable sheets. We had the private room with our own bath. They also have a hostel with bunk beds on the second floor with good accommodations as well. Perfect place to stay prior to and after a Torres Day, W or O hike or any stay in Natales. They will keep your bags during your hike with no extra fees. The price is very reasonable with free breakfast. The owner, Jose and the front desk guy, Claudio are such nice people. They helped us get taxis and even send our laundry out. Jose is from Spain and did the Camino and thus named this place after the walk due to his love of this pilgrimage. As someone who has done Camino as well, I can completely relate to this sentiment. This place is 1 min from the nearest convenience store and less than 5 mins from the nearest restaurants (japanese and pizza place are the closest with more around). It’s not a Hilton with fridges and TV in the rooms as you will not any but why would you need one. You come to Puerto Natales to get away from your busy life and enjoy the beauty of Patagonia. I would definitely stay here again, no doubt. Thank you Jose and Claudio for your warm hospitality and...

Lent us a walking pole for the trek that had been left by another traveller, gave us cooking gas for our camping and found us an electrical adaptor to use for the night when we lost ours. Always helpful and supportive. On top of this, we attended while the rangers for conaf were on strike and weren’t sure how this would affect the trip, the hostal were responsive via email and gave us the information to know that we could still go ahead with our trip. ||Location - is a 10 minute walk from the bus station and a 10 minute walk to centre of town||Rooms - warm, good hot water and...
