This hotel is about a 4 block walk from the bus station and it only took us about 10 minutes. Checkin was very simple and the guy was very nice and explained everything including giving us directions to the local supermarket. ||The room is very nice and impressive for the money spent. It has faux wood flooring all throughout first and second floors, a small comfortable living room with a small tv, there's not too much tv cable channels but who comes here to watch tv? It has a small kitchenette with stove and refrigerator and table with 4 chairs. The bathroom is super nice and good water pressure. The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a full size bed and the other with two twin beds. It was close to their winter so it was cold outside but very warm inside. Heating of the whole unit was not a problem. You could tell it was recently built as it was very modern looking and super clean. We took off our shoes inside because we didn't want to track any kind of dirt or mud on the clean floors. ||We took a day tour of Torres del Paine and the tour bus was able to find the hotel and pick us up from the front entrance. It also included a free continental breakfast which was nice. The wifi was spotty at times and other times slow but still not bad. Do not expect to stream any movies or do any work, but again who comes here to work or stream movies? Great hotel...

Read moreHighly recommend staying at Trotamundos for your stay in Puerto Natales and Patagonia!
TLDR: Amazing service, very comfortable rooms and close to bus stops!
Service: This is where Trotamundos stood out the most for us! The ladies who work there are super kind and helped us check in, get breakfast (by shoving a bunch of food into our arms) when we were rushing to catch the bus and helping us store our luggage free of charge. They will always try their best to help you and we really appreciated that.
Rooms: Large and perfect for families and groups. 2 bedrooms with 1 queen and 2 single beds. Pretty clean from what I could tell and stocked with some kitchen supplies including a stove, fridge, and cutlery / supplies. Beds were super comfortable but if you are sensitive to noise (dogs bark sometimes close by), bring earplugs.
Location: A little far from “downtown” compared to other hotels but still only at 15 min walk. Close to the bus terminal though (only about a 8-10min walk). The front desk can help you call taxis to and...
