This place is really all about the views and I can’t complain - breakfast was good, the service was pleasant, and the bed might be the biggest I’ve ever slept in! The rooms need a bit of a refresh but nothing that would affect my enjoyment of the stay. Quite large property about 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Very light and bright public areas, with a good breakfast. We had a fantastic view of the lake and volcano from our room, which was very comfortable. Mi experiencia en este hotel no fue del todo satisfactoria. La atención al cliente dejó mucho que desear, ya que, salvo el supervisor del bufet, el resto del personal no fue muy servicial.

En cuanto a la habitación, tuve varios inconvenientes. La televisión de mi cuarto y el de mis padres no funcionaba correctamente, y aunque reclamamos, nunca nos dieron una solución real. Nos aseguraron que la señal llegaría al día siguiente, pero eso nunca pasó, lo que fue especialmente frustrante para mis padres, que disfrutan ver televisión.

La vista al volcán es impresionante, pero el vidrio de la ventana estaba tan sucio que arruinaba la experiencia. Lamentablemente, solo lo limpiaron el día que nos íbamos, lo que hizo que no pudiéramos aprovechar esa hermosa vista durante la estadía.

Por estos motivos, mi calificación para el hotel es de 1 estrella. con mi familia...
