An omakase experience at SUSHI KINETSU is nothing short of spectacular. Each piece of sushi is a masterpiece, crafted with the freshest ingredients and the utmost care. The chef’s precision and creativity shine through every bite, from melt-in-your-mouth saury sushi to perfectly cooked abalone with special house made sauce(unforgettable unique dish i've ever had in my life personally). The intimate setting and attentive service elevate the meal into an unforgettable journey of flavors. A true celebration of the art of sushi—worth every moment and every penny! For the reference, The head chef "Jay" is not only perfectly fluent in three languages (English, Korean & japanes)but also possesses intermediate or higher proficiency in Chinese, no doubt why they deserved a...

점심 맛있게 먹었습니다~ 재일동포 쉐프님이 음식에 대해 잘 설명해 주셔서 즐겁게 먹었습니다 마카오에서 먹은 일식중 단연 최고입니다 그중 새끼 연어알과 밥을 비벼 먹어보니 연어알 싫어하는 저도 맛있게 먹었습니다 캐비어에 새우살 우니 조합도 맛나네요 한번 방문해 보시길 개인적으로 조개살은 싫어 하는데 역시나 저는 별로네요~한가지 걸리는건 여성 서버분 교육이 충분히 돼지 않은거 같습니다 하지만 마카오에 오셔서 수준있는 일식 드시고...

澳門星級日料唯二（壽司），2024澳門米其林新科（一星）。 這一餐吃掉了我對澳門日料的成見，去除價位不說，這一餐我最少說了十幾次好好吃，甚至拍了手；食材好自是不用說，我看到的更多是師傅的堅持，比方一次醋飯只拌一貫壽司（八人/ 一位師傅服務八人）的量，用的米是山形米，水居然來自鹿兒的島櫻島火山；外場的女服務生對食材、料理的解說詳細且帶著笑臉，而不是背稿的唸完；今天最驚艷的是鰻魚，嚴格來說是皮，怎可以挖的那麼脆，在嘴巴像吃餅乾「考考考」;配料和歌山青梅醃到綿綿綿；鮑魚內臟的醬汁，好吃到想舔盤子，正當想要一點醋飯沾醬汁時，下一秒師傅真的放了一小球醋飯在碗中，並再添了一匙醬汁；握壽司上了八買食材、醋飯都到位，收尾的甜點，甚至漬物都美味，尤其是漬榨菜，超好吃。
