There is only 1 lift with a very narrow walkway wide enough for only 1 person with luggage to the reception area.
Room's sound proofing is mediocre. You can hear a soft cough or foot steps from someone walking in the corridor of your floor, let alone people chatting while walking to or from their room.
Security and control at the lobby is weak. Deliveries of food and online purchases by guests of the hotel are left loosely in the reception area. We saw bottles of milk left overnight unclaimed.
With no concierge services luggages are left in the lobby at "free will". Our group of travellers accidentally dragged two luggages (not belonging to us) that were placed together with our luggages out of the hotel without being questioned. Fortunately we realised it subsequently and returned the two luggages back to the hotel.
Bedsheets are not changed daily.
Entrance to the lobby is via a small dark alley near a rubbish dump.

This hotel is in the city of Guangzhou, the management should hired people who can speak in English because many tourists come to China especially in Guangzhou. When i ask the receptionist, i want to change the room what i already booked, they just told me the type of room i booked is already fully booked. What kind excuse is that??
