100 Luxury Suites is a 3-star experience.
I stayed here 3 weeks and the cost was around $3k for 21 nights.
Positives: the doormen are very helpful and friendly. This is the strongest element of the hotel. the breakfast is included and the quality is pretty good. the lobby decor is very nice. laundry service is great
Negatives: 20% of the reception desk staff are great (I believe her name is Claudia), the other 80% don’t care. Not interested in solving problems and generally seem unenthusiastic to be there. the internet is not good, I was planning to work from here during the 3 weeks, but it is inconsistent and too week for a video call. Only expect to do emails and general browsing. Also at one point the internet was out for 2 days straight - so I was forced to go rent a space at wework and ended up going there every day. the beds are horribly uncomfortable, I don’t think I’ve had a worse night of sleep. the hot water went out for 2 days straight and we were forced to take cold showers. the cleaning staff regularly did not change the bed sheets. They would also for some reason take all silverware from our private kitchen and we would continually need to request this to be replaced everyday. the breakfast is included but unfortunately for the first week there was a waiter there that would take a tip from me for a meal of 3 then pressure the other 2 people to give additional tips, it was very aggressive and weird … we were so uncomfortable with him that we ate breakfast in our room moving forward. I think he is no longer working there, but the management should be aware of this strange culture in...
Read moreIt was my first time in Colombia all the way from California. I stayed here for a week. The staff were amazing, extremely helpful and will give you guidance on where to go in Bogota. Very safe and quiet area so you can take it easy on the street, that was one of my main concerns. The rooms were standard, beds were a bit hard but that’s really it. If you are a young single person traveling solo, you won’t meet many other similar people here. It’s mostly business people and families. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because they can be a little sneaky with charging you for miscellaneous things that would normally be inclusive in any other hotel. I was getting charged for things I thought were part of the package like breakfast… but that was kind of the culture in Colombia if you are an American, they will try to drain you in every way they possibly can, so I wouldn’t blame it too much on the hotel. That’s pretty much it for my review, I would recommend this hotel for foreigners...
Read moreIt's the worst experience I've ever had. I don't recommend it to anyone. This hotel is awfully expensive and they also put cameras in the rooms that I still don't understand because that seems illegal to me. The staff treats guests very badly, especially a receptionist who is too Rude and aggressive, they make fun of the guests by telling them that I had to let them leave halfway through the reservation I had made, because of how terrible it seemed to me, at breakfast the waiters do not stop bothering and asking every moment and when I was going to When I went out they closed the automatic doors just because they felt like it, I don't know if the entire Bluedoors chain is, but my experience with this hotel means that I never give a good reference to any of these hotels. Also, I'm almost sure they were checking my things when left the room.I only tell them to be careful if they do things in their rooms because I heard the employees say that there were cameras and they told me in doubt because they do it, it will be that it is to extort people with what they record mmm I don't know why I literally ran away.
