being this one of the most beautiful and important shopping and office centers in the city, its truly sad that there is no regard for those who cant access with a wheel chair or are not in condition to use stairs flights. The office areas have been operating on a non functional elevator for over a year, having to postpone or relocate important meetings with clients that cant reach to the higher floors. unbelievable!
The parking service is one of the most expensive ones, and every other day the machines malfunction causing cars to be locked inside and the paying booths don't work either, so you have to go across the mall to find a spot to pay in order to sit in your car and still not be able to exit. This is a fire and emergency hazard.
when presented this to the administration the answer was that the budget was not enough to take care of this situations, however the christmas decorations have been up and running since October, and its not just a few, they are all over the place, inside and out. also causing malfunctions on the electrical web inside the offices. adding to this the super loud music playing down every aisle and not even allowing a proper conversation.
Too sad that we have to come to public reviews in order to get the attention we need since the administration seems to not care about the wellbeing and proper access to those...
Read moreHacienda Santa Barbara used to be a nice and safe mall to go to. On January 2023 I’ve got my purse stolen inside “La plaza de Andres” restaurant. The security of the mall refused to help me to check their cameras and didn’t care about the incident. Sadly, I don’t recommend any tourist to go to that mall, there are lots of thieves surrounding the mall and looking for an opportunity to steal your belongings. These ladies are well dressed, hair done and holding with a shopping bag you can ever imagine they will steal even a penny....
Read moreDon't get me wrong, the original Hacienda part of the mall worth the visit by itself, but the mall as a whole is in the verge of closure, some niche shops, that anyone will only visit if they have to. The parking lot is quite expensive and a little bit on the narrow kind. The crowd here is in the senior demographics, with a handful of foreign visitors. If you haven't visit Usaquen before, you may want to visit the original part of the Hacienda whitin the mall, 5 minutes is all you need, and that will be plenty. Not a place to keep...
