Great bread! Baloon Ample menu, impossible not to find things that look yummy. Excellent selection of salads, lots of pastas well categorized. Best Italian menu I've seen in a long time... If big. If I was hungrier I would have ordered the seasonal sweet potato ravioli

Waited twenty minutes after ordering a cocktail, Boulvadier and it came with no Bourbon. I had to actually argue with bartender about what went into the drink. Another bartender came to the rescue. To their credit, they fixed the drink and it was delicious. Even delivered it with an apology. Mistakes get made anywhere, they did a good of correcting this one. Ordered a Caesar salad and a wood oven chicken with mushrooms. Ten minutes for the Caesar and so good!!! Salt cures anchovies and enough of them (want to come back for a tomato anchovy and kalamata olive pizza) great dressing thin slices of parmesan covering the salad. The Wonderful! As always, since I did used to be a chef I would have liked a little bigger crouton and less of them, and... it would just put this salad over the top if they replaced the slices of parmesan with a crispy lattice of parmesan. Still 9.3 of 10 for the salad. Second cocktail is their James Bond martini and I may have to send myself to my room if I finish it. EXCELLENT if strong., with three huge olives. Chicken was tasty I'd a little overcooked. Crisp skin and boneless. Mushrooms were tasty but would have been better over the chicken and without any cream (I love cream but... Sometimes) pasta al burro served on the side was perfectly cooked and served with a small bowl of Grated parmesan. I'm pretty full but gonna splurge on a panna cotta and espresso. Used to be my favorite restaurant at Usaquen but… now that we are ending the pandemic 1. Some waitress are so rude, they want you to eat what they want rather than what you want!!! 2. They insisted me to start eating some bread which by the way are the best way for you to eat more due to the bread as starter is just glucose and you’ll be more anxious …. I tried to let the waiter know that I can’t eat bread and he was so upset and didn’t offer me alternatives, why is so hard to understand that not everyone, everyday would want some bread?? 3. When I tried to ask for some vegetables as starter he offered me just the more expensive ones …which by the way contains more protein than vegetables (it is ok but I clearly asked for vegetables as the main component). 4. Finally he agreed to offer me a veggie starter (I’m not vegan I just wanted to eat some vegetables as a starter) but in a rude way as he was upset due to my election. 5. Wouldn’t give change (had 50COP and needed smaller bills for a taxi) after eating there and tipping. I explained to the guy in charge of money I needed smaller bills to pay the taxi for a ride home. He responded, “no senior” and turned away from me ignoring me. He didn’t ask anyone else or care about my situation. He came off as rude and pompous. I had to rectify the situation with someone I didn’t dine and tip. We ordered 2 pasta dishes 2 cappuccino’s (one with amaretto) and a water. They brought us 2 regular cappuccino’s and we asked which one was the amaretto, he had forgotten and took it back and fixed it. We got the food and I had completely finished mine when I reminded him about the water he also forgot. My food was ok but my wife enjoyed hers more. The service needs work but the atmosphere is pretty.
