hospedaje laureles — Hotel in Boyacá

Terrible experience. The room was super dirty, the bathroom was completely nasty. No warm water until I went down for it for 3 times and then it still took 2 hours. Breakfast was to cry about; dirty kitchen, almost expired food. The lady working the kitchen was the only friendly staff member.

Check-in was really uncomfortable as they made it seem we were bothering and inconvenient. Most of the staff was rude.

We were completely locked in and could not leave in the morning. And they also lock you out if you’re not in before 00.00; we explained that Saturday night we could not be back before 00.15 and at the reception they said it was okay; got back and we were locked out. Had to bang the door for 15 minutes and then was cursed at.

El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado, a pocas cuadras de la plazoleta central y rodeado de todo el comercio y zona de turística del pueblo, la atención súper excelente sin queja alguna, todos muy amables y prestos a atender al turista sin embargo las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y un tanto incómodas precisamente por su tamaño... Son habitaciones de menos de 3 metros de largo y ancho... No hay sitio para colocar ropa más que una mesa de noche que hay en la habitación, no sé si para todas las habitaciones o solo en la que me dieron en visita, el baño es apenas, no sé requiere nada más para tu estadía pero el servicio de agua caliente si es limitado, me quise duchar sobre la media noche y el servicio de agua caliente ya se encontraba clausurado, obligando a no usar la ducha o hacerlo pero con agua fría... Dentro del mismo hotel encuentra servicio de alimentación y bar para rumbear y poder tomarse unos tragos... Pero esto también es un poco incómodo ya que el ruido de la música no posibilita el pleno descanso de los huéspedes sino hasta pasada la media noche.

En conclusión el hotel no es malo pero si podrían cambiar algunas cositas...
