The best part about this hotel is its location. There's great restaurants right around the corner and the metro station is about 10-15 minutes walking. However, that's kind of about it. Photos on booking.com do not correspond with the reality. Breakfast was minimal and also pretty bad. Staff solely spoke Spanish and weren't very helpful - they made us move rooms halfway for reasons we still don't know. If you can - try and avoid this hotel and switch it for other ones around the district. Anything between Calle 52 and 30 will do just fine.||||Housekeeping is quite terrible too - the only thing they did really was make the beds and fold the towels. Read moreThis place was so clean. The staff doesn't speak English, but it did not matter, use Google Translate. They are quick to help and answer questions, provide ice or anything else and helped with our bags. The room is very quiet and super spacious. The air conditioner works very, very well. The large windows over the street were a nice plus. The noise was a little noticeable, but not annoying. We didn't eat the breakfast because we wanted something more substantial, but it looked good and the area where you sit was very nice and clean. Excellent location. The room and other facilities are well-kept and the are very nice. My room was huge with Jacuzzi. Breakfast was also really good with ample selections. The only let down was there wasn't hot water during my stay. Although I was notified during the booking process it wasn't really their fault.
