After spending almost 2 million pesos the owner sent us out because we splashed some water on him while he was sitting beside the pool! The pool was open and still allowed to go into the water. We don't understand this type of behaviour! Pool is small and everything looks very old. There other better options in Medellin. Go to Envy rooftop much better. Envys pool much bigger. There was no sign saying the pool was closed and the only person that got wet by my friend (one person only that jump into the pool) was the Indian Owner that got a bit of water on his legs. You are replying with lies, we were all the time nice to all your stuff. We had even stuff members saying that the owner had no reason to send us out. We spend lots of money and even despite apologising to the owner he send us out. Read moreIf you are a foreigner, be prepared to get stolen from! I went to 360 Rooftop for my birthday, and long story short: I ended up paying for my meal 2x times. The first time they charged my credit card, then said their machine didn't work. I got notified from my bank for the transaction, which I showed them. They said "no no, the transfer did not go through! Our machine is not working, so you need to pay with cash". When I said I would not pay 2x times, they pulled the typical cop card: "I'm going to call the police if you don't pay", which is a joke considering that I am the one that was getting robbed, and ultimately got robbed.
Stay away from this place if you are a foreigner, and don't want to get robbed every time you want to have a drink or some food, or just celebrate your birthday.
